Shower walls are dirty and black mold on the bottom. Needs a good scrubbing. There was not enough toilet paper to last 3 days for a family of 4.

Alex was great. The location was fantastic! The Sagrada Familia is a block away. There is a Mercadona two blocks away. The area is quiet. It's close to the metro and taxi stand.

Great Apartment with a lift. It is just up the road from Sagrada Familia and its Metro Station (L5 blue line). Lots of shops, restaurants and bakeries nearby. Lots of taxis and sightseeing buses available from Sagrada Familia. We really enjoyed our stay there.

The only low point I could see was The single bed rooms - a lot of noise from the street a bit harder to rest.

The location is awesome, 2min walk from sagrada familia. Plenty of cafes, restaurants around. Metro 1 min away. Easy access The host was awesome and friendly. Always available if something was needed.

While the street outlook was a bonus, it also meant you got the street noise at night. The master bedroom is away from the noise, but the other two bedrooms face the street. As street noise only affected one of us, they got the main bedroom, so we were all good, but it is something to be aware of. We were warned it would take several weeks for the refund of our refundable deposit to be processed and paid - it was more like 3 to 4 weeks, which felt like holding onto the money longer than you would expect in these modern times of internet banking.

We liked the size of the apartment and the outlook to the street. We made use of having a reasonably equipped good sized kitchen. We each had our own bedroom and a spacious living area to spread out in. Yes, the bathroom is small, but we knew that from previous reviews and didn't find it a problem for us (and no, we are not all tiny - having a bedroom each just meant you got changed in the bedroom instead of the bathroom). There is also a lift instead of taking the stairs. The host was easy to communicate with and fixed a problem we had with the cooktop quickly. The location so close to the Sagrada Familia and the metro station to get us to anywhere else in Barcelona were the big benefits for us. Their refundable deposit was also lower than a lot of other places in Barcelona, which was important when you are about to leave Europe and don't want all those Euros back the day you leave!

The lift was tiny but that's quite common in this area.

Location was fantastic. Easy access to the metro station, cafe that was open in the morning and late at night, as well as the Sagrada Familia itself.

The shower is right small. There is the only thing I don’t like about this apartment.

Good location and two subway lines are less than 1000 feet away. The host is very friendly. There is a lift in the premises. We don’t have to carry suitcases up and down. This is a thumb up! BTW, there is a very good traditional Spanish restaurant by the subway. We went there twice. Good food and good service.

The shower was so small I had to open the shower door to pick up anything from the floor, the water ran from very hot to very cold all the time while taking a shower so not enjoyable at all. I wouldn’t stay here again because of the shower, which is a pity as everything else was great. It had a full kitchen with a dishwasher and there was a washing machine which would have been used if we were there longer.

The location was perfect just around the corner from Sagrada Familia and metro stop. It was quiet so we slept well. (I’d stayed elsewhere in n the area but it was very noisy.)The balcony was tiny but on the 4th floor it was lovely to sit on and watch the world go by outside. It was comfortable and clean.

Small bathroom, Hidden costs (I wish I was notify these costs): had to pay taxes extra, tourist fee, $150 damage deposit fee. Also, no towel paper (we used our own dish towel to help maintain a clean common places), and no dish soap (dish washer stuff was available). It would be appreciated for future guests, to get enough laundry detergent for at least 1 medium load. This place is still 8/10, this location and this apartment in general is a amazing place to stay with family. Most the issues above are fixable!

Loved the location so much, the home was very clean upon arrival, 3 bedrooms, and host very kind and friendly host. I greatly appreciate, the host allowing us to leave our luggage early.

The bathroom is tiny. As others have mentioned, you have to slide in and out of the shower and the temperature can change with a tiny movement. We were 3 people and the bathroom was manageable for 2 nights, more people and longer would be difficult. I can be hot in the bedrooms because the air con is only in the hallway.

Great location, 3 bedrooms with aircon in the hallway. There's a sofa, dining table and a tiny balcony so it's comfortable for a group. The kitchen has a coffee machine, big fridge and a dishwasher. You have to meet a person to get the keys so we couldn't be very flexible in terms of arrival time.

Nervea who met us on arrival was fantastic! Really welcoming with lots of useful tips for our stay. Great communication from her for collection of keys which was very reassuring. The location of the apartment was wonderful and the balcony added to the charm of the building and apartment. (Great cafe/bar downstairs very reasonably priced. Everything was provided in the apartment and the air conditioning was very welcome! Just a short walk to the metro so easy to access everywhere with selection of shops is on the doorstep. Would definitely recommend.
