I had forgotten it did not have on site parking, and I had to ring for directions to the public carpark where the hotel had an arrangement for a discount. The receptionist was very helpful but it would have been useful to have more details of the carpark given to me on booking. The weather was very bad when we first arrived with a terrific wind and rain. We therefore did not want to go out to eat. Instead we had room service, and to be honest is was awful. A microwaved lasagne with no salad or vegetables. And a desert that was still frozen. Best to avoid!

The hotel is in an excellent location. A five minute walk to the main centre or the river, yet in a quiet location. The room was spacious enough and the bathroom was very spacious. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was fine. We had a dog with us and they had put a dog bed and food bowls in the room, which was a nice touch.

We arrived quite late and they were not serving food in the gastro bar after 9pm despite the web site and the message received on the day of arrival stating open until 10:45 "Enjoy the gastronomic offer of the Gastrobar open every day from 1:00 p.m. to 10:45 p.m".

Price of breakfast was €12 (usually €16)! We passed.....

Good location near to the market and a short walk to the El Turbo area. Only stayed one night (Sunday) and the room rate of £63 was good for a four star hotel. The room was light and airy with a small balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable, the air con worked well. Kettle in room was a nice touch. Bathroom had lots of space for toiletries and a good shower.

We had a spacious, modern bedroom and a very nice clean bathroom. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and everything was very fresh and of good quality. Coffee was the best I have had in any hotel!

Not easy to access the property by car to load/unload luggage.

Close walking distance to the Plaza de El Pilar and parking. We had a beautiful church plaza view and the room and hotel are exceptional. Desk staff and breakfast service were excellent. I strongly recommend this hotel and appreciate the two Diego’s in reception.

Great location, within walking distance to major tourist attractions, restaurants, cafes as well as transport network. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable and secured. The staff were great, friendly, responsive and helpful too. Highly recommended for those visiting Zaragoza.

The man on reception was not very friendly and we felt like it was an imposition to disturb him with our requests.

Excellent location within the old town, well sized rooms with clean and comfortable amenities. 12pm checkout was helpful too. Great coffee shop across the road!

We had a slight difficulty getting to hotel as the road beside it was under construction. It would help if clients are advised beforehand. We eventually found another route so all turned out well.
