Only one small thing. The room was incredibly warm when we arrived. We think it was the towel rail. Apart from the room being much too warm, our stay was excellent.

Wonderful view. Excellent parking. Hotel felt very luxurious and spacious. Staff had good English and were friendly, especially in the bar.

Breakfast does not offer a wide choice of healthy food. The room does not have a coffee machine and the bar is closed from 11until 18. Spa did not have availability for the massages and we purely had the 60 minutes water session. Very crowded, not very premium.

The room was very spacious, well organized, and quiet, with a lovely view and terrace of the countryside. Definitely reccomendable. We had dinner on Saturday and all was very good, great service, fresh ingredients and good wine list.

The hotel is lovely and located in a good location. I was travelling back to England and only stayed for one night and loved it. The hotel staff were really good , that made the stay really nice plus I had a Spacious room and very comfortable bed. Good water flow at the shower . Would love to come back again!

We thought the bar staff could be more friendly and professional - maybe take a leaf out of the book from reception staff who were excellent. Clearly busy, but the hotel wasn't that busy when we stayed. It just seemed that at each time we sat at the bar , the noise from behind the bar was directly in front of us (when no one else was sitting there ). This was to the point where we had to stop our conversation or consider sitting somewhere else. We also noticed that they seemed a bit aloof with other customers. It's a demanding job, but it seemed they wanted to show us all that it is. Like to say it was just a bad day , but I cant say that , as it seemed no better the next day.

This is a beautiful hotel, the rooms are very comfortable, dinner and breakfast are also very good, plenty of parking and good facilities, although some you need to pay more for. Reception staff gave us a lovely welcome and were very professional. You get both the wow factor when you walk in and feel at home. Would definitely recommend

The glass of wine we ordered at dinner didn’t come until we almost finished our main meal. The chicken salad has only 4 small strips of chicken.

Lovely hotel. Staff very helpful and room very comfortable. Paid a little extra to use the swimming pool that was located a short walk away at the golf club. Evening meal was exceptional and breakfast very good.

The staff working in the restaurant for the evening meal were disorganised, and they didn’t know who was doing what. My main meal came out first and not at the same time as my Husband’s, which he waited nearly ten minutes for and had to prompt the staff. Apart from that the food was very good.

We were rained out of Pamplona so we’re forced to make good use of the hotel facilities. The gym and spa, plus comfortable lounge (and hotel umbrellas) made up for it.

we arrived at 4 pm on 31st of august (not the middle of winter) there was nowhere to eat at all, everything closed including restaurant which on google states that it’s open. bar in the hotel was also closed.

We had a fabulous six night stay. A lovely hotel to relax and indulge. Very happy with our room and the restaurant was excellent.

If I would have to give a tip for future improvements: extend the casting on the television beyond Disney plus, to Netflix and other services. But other than that, we really loved our stay!

The hotel is truly a gem just outside Pamplona. Easily reached by bus, it is true value for money. Our car broke down during the trip and we had to stay a couple of extra nights, but did not mind in the slightest!

Night staff was somewhat "unprepared", we felt slightly uneasy and judged/uncomfortable with the treatment. Breakfast could have some more warm options. Omelets, bacon and sausages were very cold (even though there were in a nice pan on a warm plate). The spa being paid extra was a disappointment, also the fact that it has to be book a time slot - A guest on vacation usually like to be "free"/"spontaneous" to when to go to sauna or jacuzzi.

The environment and decoration were great. The view from the rooms are superb. The bed is very comfortable. Day staff were excellent, always smiling and helpful.
