We were unfortunate with a late night noisy neighbour a couple of times during our stay during but nether the less it was a great city location. Be mindful that the log in registration process in order to receive they keys, pay city tax etc is a tad long winded & laborious so allow plenty of time at home before hand. You need to download photographic proof etc. On a positive the communication from the business was prompt and efficient and the entry to the property simple and secure.

Great three bedroom two bathroom apartment, with so much space. Set in the perfect location for La Sagrada Familia which is at the end of the street, you can see the spires from the balcony. We also found parking nearby under the Centre Cultural Sagrada Familia/ Biblioteca Centre Civic next to the Bonpreu supermarket C/ Mallorca - C/ de Provença

A bit noisy, windows are not well isolating the sounds from the street, nearby apartments or the elevator. Each of those bring some noise no matter in which bedroom you are in. If you wake up easily it will be hard but if you are too tired then you can sleep well. :)

Clean, big apartement (5 people group). Location was great, just near Sagrada Familia. A bit far from everything else but great place with a few metro lines nearby. All home equipment for cooking and cleaning if you stay longer.

The apartment was excellent, clean, and equipped with all facilities. The location was also perfect, just 3-5 minutes away from the Sagrada Familia. I would highly recommend this place.

Shower was kind of broken, no water pressure, and kept alternating between hot and cold in a random manner. Not enough toilet paper. No coat hanger at the entrance. Air conditioning could not be controlled. A bit noisy from the outside. Found a few silverfish in the bathroom.

Location was very good, rooms were clean, but a bit worn.

The only thong we didn’t like was the bed sheets since the beds were single the sheets were all single too so if you are a couple have that in mind

The property was in a great location easy to access by metro and really near the Sagrada Familia. It was clean and cozy.

The house seemed clean, but when we opened the microwave there was a huge smell of spoiled food and there was a plate with leftovers (like pizza slices), which made us think that the cleaning was not that complete

Great location on a paseo just above La Sagrada Familia. Plenty of restaurants and Gelato right out the front door. After dinner walks around the church were beautiful at night. The metro stop is a 5 minute walk, which made getting around the city a breeze. Elena, the sweet woman who maintains the building, quickly became a dear friend. What a sweetheart!

the 2 aircondition units are at the entrance and the leaving room but not inside the rooms so you have to sleep with the door open to get the aircondition during the night. also the drain pump of the aircondition was making noise while working

the apartment is very big with 2 bathrooms and a full kithchen, small but great balcony and a great view to the quite street and sagrada familia, very close to the metro station and many supermarkets

Excellent location, just few minutes from Sagrada and from metro station. Nice big apartment. It also has Dolce Gusto coffe maker for capsules. Elena was very nice. And the best is the view from the terrace

The property was absolutely spotless! Great location. We literally just used it for a base and to sleep. We were visiting for a city break to visit some tourist attractions and it was perfect - on the door step of the La Sagrada Familia. There was never a shortage for taxi option either! Oh and The Chocolate Box across the road was delish!

I didn’t like that the room advertised was on the top floor so there was an expectation of a rooftop view but there was not one.

The location and space. It was also really awesome that the kitchen was loaded with everything you could need.

It would have been nicer to have one king bed at least in one bedroom. We could not hug at night :) Also the sofa in the livingroom is not that comfortable because of the synthetic material.

Amazing view. Great neighbourhood. Close to the center. Silence. We had all the tools we needed in the kitchen. We could wash our clothes. The AC worked very well, clean bathroom. Very nice hosts. Great view. Did I say that? :)

Everything was just perfect.

We loved everything about it. Location, facilities and the staff. Mrs. Elena was a total Lady and just wonderful with my two daughters. Definitely a gem in the Barcelona area for a family to stay in when visiting Barcelona.

The air conditioning units are not strong enough to cool the apartment to a fully comfortable level. It was better than the heat outside, but not as good as it could be.

Great location, very clean, all amenities in good working order, perfect space for family of 6.
