The cleaning needs improvement. The flat looks bigger on the photos but it does the job.

Communication with host is easy and quick. The flat provides most of the things we needed during our stay. The location is not central but is quite and handy. For us that was good enough.

Would have liked to have proper pillows on the beds rather than small cushions - if you rolled over, you fell off the cushions!

The location was superb - metro station was just round the corner and we could pick up the City Tour bus a few minutes walk away.. Facilities in the property were good - the shower was superb.

Main bed - we prefer sheets and blankets which better control sleeping temperature but there was no top sheet. Pillows were too small.

The mattress on the double bed was so hard . The hot water only seemed to work on most occasions when you put the heating on , not ideal .

There was nothing missing. We even found coffee and tea in the kitchen.

Loved the spacious livingroom in the apartment. Overall, there wasn't anything that we wanted and did not have as the host arranged for everything. There were fans in all the rooms, a/c unit in the livingroom, washing machine available, extra blankets, a cozy couch and a small tv. I enjoyed the heavy lattices on the windows as we could sleep in without a problem.

The apparment is 3 minute walk to Sagrada Familia and the metro station. The apparment was clean and I felt safe there. Marcello, the host was always there to give info or help.

One night was really windy and it was hard to sleep with some things banging around outside, but I’m guessing it was things belonging to the neighbor(s). Everything else was just great.

The location was amazing, one block from the Sagrada Familia. That was our favorite place in Barcelona so it was amazing to walk by it multiple times, as well as visit it once.

It was really cold the first night, because (I guess) the heating was turned off before our arrival. It's understandable, but still uncomfortable. And the internet could be improved.

Marcello was super helpful and attentive, he provided with all necessary information about the apartment and the district. We arrived earlier than planned and he changed the time to gives us the key.

No dishwasher. Not much natural light in the apartment. Seating uncomfortable. Price too high.

Location is ok, not loud even if near to a big busy street. Smooth check in and out process. Apartment somewhat tight but ok for two, kitchen well equipped. Heating works well.

We only had a problem with bed -it creaked and wasn’t comfortable, but there were 2 other beds to use.

This accommodation was very clean, quiet but with good access to the center. We really didn’t miss anything. The owner was kind and helpful. In addition, the accomodation is well accessible from the airport by metro.

The Wi-Fi connection was not quite strong enough to support a video call that I made, but fine for everything else.

Omg Marcello is super friendly and helpful. He picked me up from the airport and took me right to the apartment. Such a good guy, made the stay very relaxing and enjoyable.

Everything was great, no complaints at all!

We had such a wonderful time here. The apartment is amazingly located near Sagrada Familia, finely equipped with everything we needed, and very comfortable. A perfect starting point for exploring Barcelona.

Beds were not very comfortable. Double mattress was hard, and twin mattresses were (I think) foam. This was our biggest complaint. Bathroom smelled a bit bad, as though there might be a bad drain trap. Hot water only seemed to work when the heat was turned on. This was not a problem after we figured it out. Apartment is a bit dated and starting to show its age.

Excellent, excellent location. We walked almost everywhere, and used the nearby metro some times. Thoroughly cleaned. Coffee and tea available along with a two sizes of bialetti. Great communication with the owner. He allowed us to arrive 1 hr early, and was responsive when there was a water problem in the neighborhood that affected the apartment. Washing machine with detergent, and drying lines. Felt safe, and no noise issues. Heat worked great when we used it at night. All amenities as expected.

The host should take care of hot water ant heating systems in the apartments, it's rather complicated. Wasn't very pleased when hot water just disappeared in the middle of my shower time.

The place is very good, near Sagrada Familia.

The accommodation is very basic, with several kitchen items missing, making a meal very difficult to prepare. Simple items like no cutting board and the gas stove had only one burner which worked properly. The old air-conditioner was very noisy and the constant banging of the courtyard entrance door made it difficult to sleep at night.

The location was very good, a three minute walk to Sagrada Familia and the train station.
