It was pretty far away from anything, but since they have everything on the premises it was not a problem.

I really loved staying in one of their yurts. The yurt was very comfortable and clean. They really make sure every person feels heard and is satisfied. The premises is beautiful with the vineyard, swimming pool and views. The food at the restaurant was very tasty as well. I'll be back!

beautiful hotel, friendly staff, delicious food. Glen the waitress was so helpful and great fun, Albaro the sommelier did a wine tasting session with us by the fire and was amazing. We loved his approach and really enjoyed the time we spent with him.

One thing I missed was having a refrigerator in the room as I use medication that requires refrigeration. However, the staff kept it refrigerated for me and I could have access anytime.

The Moroccan theme was pleasantly unexpected. We had not done a great deal of research. Every aspect of the hotel and staff was exceedingly perfect. Their breakfast was based on the Spice Road with beautiful, fresh and unusual dishes. The grounds were so beautiful with grape vineyards, intimate and perfectly groomed pool area, saunas and sitting areas overlooking the valley below. The staff (George? all!!!) went our of their way to assist with restaurants, transportation and any advice we sought. I could go on and on about what a lovely experience we had.

The whole experience was amazing ...the rooms were gorgeous the decoration and the styling were beautiful ...the food was delicious and the staff were all fabulous ...absolutely loved the hotel ..great fun ..would definitely recommend and stay there again !

Wonderful place! Beautifully designed boutique hotel and the pool area is very special. Fantastic interiors. Great bedrooms/suites and bathrooms with extremely comfy beds. Attention to every detail everywhere! Easy access to Santiago, only 20 mins away. We will be going back for sure!

We decided to upgrade from the yurt upon arrival. It shares toilet facilities with other yurts and is an outdoor walk away from the yurt. Given the small price to upgrade to a Small Suite (which is not very small!) this was a no brainer for us

All-round fantastic experience. Fantastic hospitality from a friendly and attentive team, excellent food, great facilities (especially the swimming pool) in a lovely setting. Thank you to everyone who looked after us so well

No mirror in the yurt. No snacks for around the pool, and sometimes the portion sizes were small, but the food was delicious.

Wonderful location, beautiful buildings and interiors. The food was excellent and there was a good amount of choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was particularly beautiful and well equipped. Our yurt was spacious and well designed; the king size bed was a nice surprise! Wonderfully relaxing in the sunshine amongst the vines.

Food was good but could have been a little tastier with a few simpler menu options for those less adventurous on the foodie front. Would have been good to have a fridge in the room to keep the drinks cool.

The interiors and the different spaces to relax, read a book both in the hotel and on the grounds. The pool area amongst the vines was the perfect spot to relax and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Perfect spot to relax.

The party atmosphere. . We were there with family and just wanted to relax. There was a couple of groups partying. Would have preferred a big more peace!!

Pretty much everything. Perfect for a break for a few days - close to Santiago or beach for day trips out. Perfect for amazing food and friendly, professional service - and relaxation. Lovely vibe, incredible decor - attention to detail with design is second to none - healthy and beautiful plants everywhere - although not far from a road it’s quiet and peaceful - the yurts were wonderful to stay in - would come here alone or with friends, even a few days to work and chill. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property, everything has been finished to perfection. Our yurt as lovely and set in the gorgeous vineyard and gardens. Great location close to Santiago airport and super friendly staff.

The dinner we had was fantastic. The staff are so nice and very helpful. The grounds are first class. The attention to detail makes even better. Really cool little place. Really good vibe for the entire stay. Nice place, good people great food.

overall I was very happy with my stay. if I am being very picky, then I would say the food is expensive and I would like water in the room. but would I stay here again? Absolutely!

The room, though a "queen suit" was extremely small with very poor lugagge organisation. Poor acoustics insulation. Very expensive!
