The fact that you could not smoke on your balcony as my partner likes to take his drink upstairs and also not really a smoking area if you smoke

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Caribe. Our room on the fifth floor was comfortable with partial seaview as well as the hotel swimming pool.. All the staff were amazing: very friendly and helpful at all times. Food and drinks were good. Plenty of variety and a very good value for money. Cleanliness is faultless!

Entertainment team are poor. Best day was their day off. They are not required and not very good. Making silly noises over the loud mic is not entertaining. It is the ONLY fault of the holiday.

There was nothing to dislike!

As a solo traveller, I was welcomed by such lovely friendly professional staff in every area of the hotel. I felt very safe at all times, and the hotel is in such a convenient position for everything in this lovely resort.

I had bad sleep cos of super thin wall. Could hear my next door talking and snoring late night and early morning. Air con wasn't really cold and couldn't be adjusted as it was set On or Off only.

Nice staff. Modern decor. Great location. Anna, Front Officer was definitely efficient and helpful. I forgot my mobile phone at another hotel room. She contacted them for me quickly and I got it back in 15 minutes.

Staff rude as we where breakfast only and not all inclusive, asked for some water and refused twice by bar staff and restaurant staff

It's a matter of personal taste, but I wasn't happy with the food, I wouldn't recommend half board. Maybe only get breakfast. There is no proper coffee machine, so coffee was not great either 5 out of 10. I was in September and it was hot and busy, so I didn't even dream of trying to get by the pool. In general it felt like there were too many people and - quite a big restaurant space and not a small swimming pool - seemed tiny and overcrowded most of the time.

I'm in love with the room - very efficient usage of the space, very comfortable bed - amazing room - definitely exceeding expectations. Especially on the contrast with a different 4 star hotel I moved from. The room in Caribe hotel was better :) Great personnel.

I would say just the breakfast menu. I would have loved a more spanish style breakfast but they always served full english breakfast.

It was clean. The staff were very helpful and nice. We loved the location as its very good for families. Very close to shops and bars and the beach.

The gym was not functioning, from all present machines only one orbitrack was still working.

Wonderful staff, great food for everyone's liking. Exceeded my expectations for 3 star hotel. Location was excellent, few steps from the beach, shops and restaurants and near Charlies cabaret bar as well. Fab night every night! Lovely holiday to remember!

Small size room, water flooding into the room from bathroom. Very far from the city and attractions. Not recommend for solo younger age traveler. Mostly the guests are Old age/Retired people in this hotel.

The food was average, not bad but also not great. Walls are very thin and every night I could not sleep because of my Neighbor coughing and woke up early because of cleaner shouting in the corridor from 7 am!

- The rooms are very small. I can even say that it is the smallest hotel room I have ever seen. - The pillows were horribly bad. My head hung below my neck. Those pillows can only be used for babies. However, when we asked for 1 more, the room cleaners provided it immediately. - The children's playroom was very dirty. It is obvious that it has never been cleaned, like abandoned. I would have expected a little more care.

- Dinner was quite good. There was a lot of variety and it was delicious. Drinks were not very good, could be of better quality. Better accompanists are needed for those beautiful meals. - The breakfast was good but there was the same thing every day. There should be some changes in the menu, but it was enough. - Children's pool was enough for entertainment. - Evening programs were good for having fun.

Had a good stay! There are areas which could be improved possibly to make 4* (rooms are a little basic/small) if you leave your card in the slot to keep the air con on the cleaner will take it out. No lilos/inflatables allowed in pool Wifi not great Not many If any toys available in the childrens play room Daytime entertainment was a little lacking/basic- shuffleboard/ping pong/ water polo

This hotel is spotless, can not fault the food and drink. Good variety at breakfast. Served 8-10:30 Continental cheese, ham, fruit, pastries, cereal and English breakfast too. fried eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, black pudding, hash browns, fried toast ect. Linch 1-2:30 again lots of choice and more so at dinner 7-9:30. Small selection of snack food near the kids pool served all day, pizza, nuggets sandwiches, chips. This hotel has a big pool with lots of sunbed availability. Main pool has a large shallow section where adults can sit and small children can stand and at its deepest is 2.10m it also has a lift to lower reduced mobility guests into the water. Only minor gripe is no Lilo/inflatables allowed. There is also a childrens pool area knee depth water and 6 slides and a splash bucket. Has another small pool attached too without slides ect. There’s a playground opposite and indoor kids space, not much toys in there to be honest but I kept my 3yo entertained for 30 mins or so a day. There was entertainment most nights a mini disco around 8:30 and 9:45 a quiz, or singer, parrot show ect. Just a stones throw away from the Suneo Caribe is a beach with pedalows to hire and bars, shops, restaurants glass bottom boat €12 and a small fair. Charlie’s bar has good entertainment on of a night, with screens to watch for people sitting outside. Couple more beaches within walking distance. The hotel has ample free parking and the staff were all very friendly. It’s in a good location not quiet but not too loud either, very suitable for families and all the other guest we encountered on our stay were lovely. (A mix of British, Dutch, spanish) A good few English TV channels in the room too. It is a really good 3* hotel.
