Perfect set up of facilities, really next to the beach. One of the few locations that are away from the street. The room was básic, but the view excellent. Overall a great experience although the personal in reception was rude, overwhelmed when there was people and clearly not appropriate for the position.

It definitely doesn't deserve 4 stars, but with some improvement, it can earn them. General - The beach bar is too expensive. - If you happen to get a room with a sea view, good luck. Every night, there was loud music in the bar, making it difficult to sleep on some days. - The cleaning lady was literally thrashing rooms while cleaning. It was very loud; it sounded like she was training for a strongman competition rather than cleaning the room. - While the hotel's exterior is charming, some areas inside could benefit from renovating. Room - The BEDS ARE SQUEAKY. I cannot stress this enough. It's not fun when you can hear people in the room next to you moving on the bed in the middle of the night. - The walls are not so thin, but not so thick either. - Towels were not changed every day. During our 8+ day stay, we only got 1 towel change. - There weren't many electrical outlets in the room. - The air-conditioning could use some cleaning; it triggered our allergies. - The TV channel selection was limited, especially for international guests. It would be nice to have a more diverse range of channels. Restaurant - Some staff members were not pleasant at all. - The coffee is a disaster. - Breakfast could use some daily variety; having the same breakfast for 5+ days is not enjoyable. - We were missing fruit for breakfast; there was an abundance of fruit for dinner, but nobody actually ate it. - Some pastries were a couple of days old. - Some dishes that they prepared were really unappetizing. Something may look good, but after the first bite, it can make you sick. - Glasses and plates were always dirty. - If we didn't order drinks with our dinner, we received strange vibes from the waiters. It's as if they were pressuring us to order drinks. - It would be useful to have vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free labels for the dishes. - The tomatoes tasted like Serbian tomatoes grown in a lab in December.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, so we'd like to provide a concise review. General - The location is perfect, as it's just a 3-minute walk from the train station. - Check-in and check-out were effortless. - The beach is so close that you can hear the sea from your room. - Housekeeping serviced our room daily. - We were fortunate to get a room with a sea view, so we didn't hear the train at all. - There is a convenient parking lot behind the hotel where you can leave your vehicle. - There are two large supermarkets, Lidl and Carrefour, within walking distance. - There is a vast beach right in front of the hotel. - The safe was free and incredibly useful. Room - The room was consistently clean. - The curtains were effective in blocking out sunlight. - The air conditioning worked well, even when we were not in the room. - The WiFi was exceptional. - The shower was cleaned daily, and there was always hot water. - The refrigerator in the room was good. Restaurant - Some of the staff members were exceptionally pleasant. - There was plenty of seating available. - The restaurant offered a variety of food choices for dinner.

Had a wonderful stay at Caprici Beach resort with my husband. Was welcomed by the smiling faces at the front reception and overall staff is very good. I did request for a beach facing (front side room) and I'm glad that I got one. The view from the room was breath taking. The hotel has everything you need - A nice buffet breakfast with lots of varieties ( i felt veg options were less though), an outside bar that plays live music in evening and serves amazing drinks and a very nice swimming pool where you can relax when not on the beach. My stay was just 1 night but I felt I should have stayed more. Will definitely visit it again.

Hotel is very nice furnished, has the open lounge/pool space...very convenient. Location is good...based on 1st line, beach is very close.Hotel has 2 beaches. Rooms are nicely decorated, facilities and sauna area are good...there are 3 internal pools with different water temperature, sauna is very hot what is fantastic. The view from balcony is very nice...sea view just beautiful! Restaurant is nicely decorated, good service and food is good...I enjoyed by everything. The chef cooking the dinners in the open space every evening. Live music at the bar in evenings.

Very comfortable and quiet place to relax. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast and dinner was fine, there was always something tasty to find. We stayed in September so you could see that the season is almost over, it wasn’t crowded at the pool area, beach or bar. We loved that. There’s a bar outside, just between the beach and the pool with great choice of drinks and lunches. The train station is just next to the hotel which makes it easy to explore Barcelona or Girona. We definitely recommend that hotel for those who want to relax, enjoy the sound of a sea and from time to time go someplace else.

It would have been nice to be able to purchase. an English newspaper or magazines at the hotel. No cold milk for tea at tea/ coffee machines, had to use warm milk. Lunch time very busy, long wait time , went else where for lunch.

The room is to small for the family of four. Minimum furniture. It seems like it was a standard room for two persons with removed furniture and added extra double-sized bed. Very little space to move. However, as we didn't spend much time in the room and used it only for sleeping, this was acceptable. The breakfast is sub-average, the choice of food is rather limited. The quality of food could be also better. The elevator cabins are small, four persons maximum. Very often you need to wait your turn to enter the cabin or use a staircase. It was OK for us, but might be a problem for the aged person.

Excellent location, very close to the beach and local train station. Good and not so expensive cafeteria / bar at the seaside of the hotel. Personnel is friendly and responsive. Room was clean and the beds are comfortable.

Not enough pool chairs. Despite having left a towel to go and eat, upon return someone had taken the towel off my chair and took it. Really disappointing there was no regulation for this. Also you have to pay for the sauna. Should really be free.

While the hotel had an older architecture it was actually fully renovated inside with fresh, clean and modern amenities.

A hotel right on the Platja de dunes Beach and opposite the Santa susanna station to Barcelona. Fantastic location to relax and enjoy the Costa brava

Internet not working. Almost everywhere around the hotel. Noisy because the doors slam and it shakes all your bed & room walls. This is the most disturbing. Cleaning staff can be educated to hold the doors at least
