Location perfect on the Camino route. Lovely welcome from Roberto. Bed linen, towel, washing machine. Magnificent back yard with sun chair lounges and country view. Price included self serve breakfast. Also for dinner there was a well equipped kitchen with froz pizzas, salads, beer, pasta, rice etc honesty box. Definately will stay again and highy recommend to pilgrim to book in advance.

Fairly close to a busy road, but set back so noise wasn’t too bad. Fine if your room faces the garden.

We had a private room in this really nice hostel. It is just a couple of hundred metres off the Camino, set back from a fairly busy road. It was raining, so sadly we could not make use of the garden which looked fabulous. Instead we made use of the communal areas, drinking beer and sharing food with the other residents. A really enjoyable experience. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. The washrooms were also clean. The fridge was well stocked with food we could purchase. A basic breakfast was also included in the cost. Would highly recommend

It was not possible to get a private bathroom, but in the end the shared bathroom worked out well with every-one keeping it tidy.

Room was very comfortable and spacious and no need to go out to get food as the self-help kitchen was well stock with food and drinks. The area was very nice a quiet and not far off the Portuguese Camino route

A little way off the Camino. Sign to hostel could be replaced. Right on the main road. Pool is not heated. Could post directions on how to use the washing machine. The lady ahead of me selected one cycle that locked the door for over an hour after washing.

Nice house with mixed shared dorm. Nice to have food and beverages to purchase and cook. Many common areas to spread out and enjoy.

The instructions to get there could have been a bit more clear. Another pilgrim walked for 1.5 hours along the very busy highway. In order to get to the house, the highway needs to be crossed, which can be a bit nerve-wracking.

Lovely host with nice dog, great pilgrim community, amazing garden and house.

The location has a few issues- it is a little off the Camino, which isn’t a big deal, but it is right on the highway, so there is ample noise (window was open to try to cool down the room). There is a decent restaurant nearby, but it doesn’t serve dinner until 9:30, so food availability can be an issue if you’ve had a long day and want to get up early to reach Santiago.

It’s a lovely property and house

Such a lovely house to stay in before the last leg to Santiago de Compostela. It’s a lovely house that is homey and comfy and will make you feel at home. Bed was so comfortable and I had a great sleep. The Kitchen / Dining room has food options stocked where you can buy and make food! Very considerate because there’s not much food options nearby. Roberto the host was excellent, helpful, and kind. He has a fire stove that he lit up to dry our shoes: very very very helpful in the rainy day we were having. The line to dry in the laundry area also had a dan blowing to help dry socks faster. Love this place.

The one shared bathroom for the private room was quite busy.

Beautiful property with a home feel to it. The host Roberto and his dog were great hosts! Very thoughtful to have a fireplace for those walking the Camino to dry their shoes. Shared kitchen and living space with all the essentials and a serve yourself breakfast and dinner (pizza, soup, pasta). Absolutely lovely stay.

Breakfast is very basic for the price. You can buy pricy meat food at the place. But better bring your own stuff. There is no supermarket close by and the restaurant close by doesn't open for food till 20.30

The swimming pool was very cold. But awesome to cool off the achy body. The garden is beautiful, in a sunny day. Very noisy street next to the house though.

Probably the best stay on my Camino! Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything was clean, nice bathrooms, well equipped kitchen. We could dry our shoes by the fireplace. Nice garden for the summer months. Breakfast included, restaurant was 100 metres away, or you can cook pasta or pizza in the kitchen and pay in cash. Perfect place to stay one night before reaching Santiago de Compostela.
