We stayed on the bottom floor in one of the apartments. And there was an odd sewer like smell near the toilet area. Also the temperature in the room was really warm. I asked the front desk if there was a way to turn down the temperature and they explained that it is set at a certain temperature for winter and it cannot be turned down any lower during the winter. They said we could turn it off which we did. We also could have open the window but we didn’t want to hear any street noise.

I like the staff. They were helpful. I liked the beds. They were really comfortable. I like the design and the included morning breakfast. It was great to have tissues in the room as I have allergies. Checking in and out was easy.

Great location, with the old town 40 minutes walk away. Buses every 5 minutes and taxis always available. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby, together with good hotel facilities.Great sea views and modern facilities.Decent breakfast, great staff.

No direct access to the beach from inside the hotel. You need to go out front door and walk around the corner. Two minutes so not a big deal.

Location is beachfront. While not in old town ( short taxi/bus ride away or 40 minute walk along the seafront) its location is lovely for the view. Large rooms ( North American sizes), clean, great shower, great King bed. Also wheelchair accessible. Balcony over looking the sea. Great pools - although they weren’t open.

It wasn't just a season, so the upstairs restaurant was closed and the main restaurant has only buffee.

Formal dining room opens up at 8:30pm, later then we are use to, but typical for Spain.

We only had one dinner and two breakfasts, which were good. Had a great ocean view and connecting upper pool. Their New Years Eve function was already full but staff found us a great restaurant in the old town.

The breakfast was slightly disappointing from the POV that I like eggs, bacon, sausages etc. and there wasn't much choice in that regard. If you prefer a more continental style, or like pastries, you'll be fine. But I've definitely had better in other 4* hotels.

Location was incredible, literally yards from the beach. My room (junior suite) was huge and very reasonable for the price, and the sea view was totally worth it. Staff were friendly, hotel was generally in a very good state and decorated nicely. If I come back to Cadiz, I would definitely stay here again.

Only one very tiny comment, no where to hang the hand towel at the sink and no real shelf space in the shower room.

Easy access and parking. Welcoming and efficient arrival at reception from happy staff. Really clean throughout the entire hotel with beautiful natural decoration. Room quite large, comfortable big bed, really good shower and fab hot water. Location perfect to get into City centre by bus, taxi or car and only takes 40 minutes to walk along the seafront. Tourist bus also passes the hotel.
