Breakfast too crowdy and coffee not good

Fantastic Hotel Staff really Happy and Helpful always cleaning and keeping guests smiling too . Super location with everything you need outside Hotel ,Beach , the Bus stop to Cadiz just outside the hotel or leisurely walk 35 mins . Super break..... Thanks to everyone at Bahia Cadiz.

Unfortunately we had trouble with our shower but the staff came to fix it immediately. Also the wifi connection was patchy at times.

The hotel was fabulous. The pool was amazing. The room was lovely and the beds were really comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely beach side location, great for walking and easy taxi fare to the old town. Rooms very clean and comfortable, staff were lovely.

Strong smell of Bleach in the room constantly, I guess this would be a positive in some instances but it was very strong. The shower nob to change from handheld shower head to the shower head above was broken. Maintance had to come to change it for me and I had to leave it as is for the remainder as it was too stiff to change back. Cleaners could not do it either clearly as once it was done it was left that way and shower was not cleaned properly. 2 very small things that didn't really affect our stay.

Stayed in a studio, great and spacious! Beds were very comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was lovely, add it if you're unsure as we had not added and had to pay each morning that we decided to eat which was quite expensive compared to paying at time of booking. Would definitely recommend and also return myself!

Bit of a walk into the old town which is fine if you have good mobility. Gets very windy in that area which made it feel quite chilly at times (obviously not the fault of the hotel). Shelf in bathroom would be handy. Tea and coffee facilities in the room would be great

Beautiful hotel, spotless, nice staff, loved the room, the bed was so comfy and the sea view fantastic. Just had buffet breakfast which was very good. Great location for new part of town with some nice bars and restaurants dotted around. Easy to get into Old Town by bus or you can walk along the promenade, Good 25min walk. Set on a fabulous beach with a great atmosphere. Great bar service and staff.

Would like to have some English language choices on the tv other than news channel. Earlier access to poolside as opens at 11am ( although on occasion did open around 10.30) . Longer hanging space in wardrobe as unable to hang dresses up.

Beautiful hotel which on arrival has the wow factor , communal areas are impressive and staff welcoming and very helpful. Our room was spotless with a fabulous view of the beach and very comfortable bed . The mini fridge had complementary water and soft drinks which was a nice touch. The breakfast had plenty of choice with continental, cereals ,lovely fresh bread , Danish pastries , eggs pretty much anything you could think of , we also used the poolside cafe and the evening dining which was good. Poolside had plenty of loungers and was always clean.

No kettle had to use the microwave to boil water. No tea or coffee in room..

The bed was very comfortable and the room spacious and the shower was good . Breakfast was very good choice. Staff friendly and helpful. Caught the bus into the old town. Very cheap.

Literally nothing was amiss

The whole experience was 11 out of ten Thankyou I shall be back and hopefully the friends I've shared my experience with shall also come away with ever lasting memories as I have Q Hotel good luck for the future

I didn't like the bathroom situation where the toilet and shower were separated from the main room by a glass door which was partly frosted but not private enough, also the was basin was outside the shower/toilet room which I thought was unhygienic. Not good.

the location and the area was very nice and lots of places to eat and easy to walk from to find things to see. It was great to be able to have a sea view room.

I didnt like the bathroom set up, sink was in the bedroom and clear doors although partially frosted still felt exposed when using the loo!

Not much hanging, clothes space. Nowhere to put toileteries in the shower room.

Easy to find and easy parking with hotel access. Welcoming check in. Public areas are nicely furnished with unique wooden and brass features. The pool, bar and restaurant are spacious, comfortable and pleasing. The bedrooms are nicely furnished and the beds super comfortable. Lovely shower, fluffy towels and nice toileteries. Sinks within the bedroom with glass door/wall into shower/toilet. Restaurants, bars, shops and public transport into the City readily accessible.

the breads for the breakfast is not good, the gym was closed without any notification, the sink in the bathroom is bit smelly

Unexpectedly, in Spain you have to pay for parking even if the hotel has parking under amenities.

As the parking is underneath the hotel (which is great!) it would be nice if there was a discount for hotel guests - and it was a little bit annoying to have to come out of the parking and walk round to the hotel rather than get straight into the lobby...but that's a minor thing. The stay overall was brilliant.

Great location right on the beach, with a fab view. Out of the old town, but we weren't going there on this occasion. The room was much better than expected; the bathroom wasn't as scary as some reviews made out (though we are a family, maybe not ideal for mates), the balcony was great and the soft drinks included in the minibar were a really nice surprise. Really loved the Asian inspired decor, too. Parking was underneath the hotel, so very convenient.

No heat and ac comes on automatically when you open balcony door to let some heat in, very odd.

Beachfront location, great views, very clean and spacious, comfy bed. Very good buffet dinner.

We had a 1 night break here after travelling for 3 weeks in spain . WAS FANTASTIC : super friendly staff, location, sea view, parking right under hotel, Weather, close to bars and restaurants- pool was amazing.
