Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Rooms were very good especially the suite I had on my second visit. The breakfast was really good with a platter of different food offered each day. The view was truly awesome.

SpainIt has been almost 2 months since our stay at Hotel Bujaruelo and I still think about it ALL THE TIME! The deluxe queen room was wonderful along with the views from the balcony. The bed was very comfortable and we slept so well (which maybe the 20 km hikes helped as well...!) The breakfast was incredible and such a pleasure to enjoy. On the days that we started our hikes early we were able to pre-order bocadillos the evening before to take on the trail and eat them surrounded by the majestic vistas of Ordesa and Bujaruelo. The couple running the hotel were so friendly and offered sound advice and good conversation. The location is perfect right on the main road. You can hear the Ordesa bus go by when the balcony door is open but the normal traffic was never a bother. Parking is quite limited in front of the hotel so not guaranteed. If you are unlucky and don’t catch a spot, the main parking lot is only a 5 minute walk away (no hills or cobblestone). I would stay again in a heartbeat and hope to do so again soon!
