The living room furniture was not great to sit in and visit as a group. Couch was not comfy and no other furniture to sit in. The showers were very small. A larger or mobility limited person would struggle for sure. We did fine and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Location. Lovely older designed apartment on an upper floor. Clean. Nice small balconies to really take the street scene in.

There is nothing to say, everyone really loved their stay here!

Apartments were great, big and spacious. Very clean and ideal location. The added extra of having a shampoo conditioner and shower gel in each bathroom was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend for others to stay here. The host was very helpful and friendly and easily contacted through what’s app.

My four daughters would have liked a full length mirror!!

Great location. We asked for an early check in which was facilitated. The apartment was very spacious with an amazing view of on of the key Gaudi sites in the city. There is a lovely restaurant on the opposite corner which is entirely authentic and well priced. There are several excellent bakeries nearby. This place exceeded our expectations.

The apartment was smaller than we thought but not a deal breaker. We could have used a heater in the patio. It was too cold to sit outside.

I loved the location. There were many restaurants and markets nearby. The location felt safer than other areas. Easy to get picked up by Uber and taxis at the corner. There was a small elevator which helped a lot saving us the stairs. The staff was easy to communicate through WhatsApp.

Downside is for family if 4 person and we spent 3 nights there, we only have small pockets of cooking oil, salt , vinegar and they only came in a small sachet which is good for one cooking only, even for laundry only gave as 1 pods for 1 cycle of washing only… The reason we choose apartment and not hotel so we can cook for our breakfast,

The elevator was a bit small. We had a baby carriage so we could hardly fit the carriage and one person, meaning we had to take a couple of trips with the suticases. Not really a big deal and quite expected in classic turn of the century buildings such as this.

Fantastic location, clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay there, right next to lots of restaurants and cafés.

Expected payment for coffee capsules for coffee machine.and did not provide cafetiere. No microwave if you want to warm things. Noisy with early morning street cleaning..I.e 5am

Spacious apartment. Comfy beds and good location. Washing machine and iron was useful. Good showers. Lovely gelateria opposite and mini mart and bakeries close by.

There was some road noise and noise from the recycling containers being collected but it is a city centre location so that is to be expected.

It was perfect size for a family of four, 2 bathrooms made it extra comfortable. The bedding and beds were excellent and the kitchen had everything you need. Location was lovely with a small supermarket, bakery, various restaurants and metro all on the doorstep

The taxi drive dropped us off and the office address was not exactly at that location, someone staying in the adjacent apartments had to show us where the office was located. The property and flat itself was several blocks away and since we were not familiar with the area or Barcelona, it was not intuitive for us to find. Fortunately the office manager Tonet had time to walk us down and show us the location and how to access. Now that we have been to Barcelona, next time it will be easy 😊

The location was convenient to everything and far enough off Las Ramblas to not be overly crowded and noisy (this apartment was on d’Arago). The apartment was very large and was a really cool design and layout, the apartment was even better than the pictures on the booking site. I would highly recommend this location and property.

Safe did not work and host couldn’t get it to work. Please provide enough coffee pods for everyone to have at least one cup of coffee, particularly when u have older models of Krupps coffeemakers. Gorgeous old tile on the floor is crumbling and needs to be regrouted so tough to go barefoot in unit. Black out shades would also be welcomed.

Great flat, well-appointed, clean, excellent bedding and mattress, new and clean bathrooms, great location, full kitchen w/dishwasher, washer, great balcony overlooking greenery, elevator and air conditioner, hair dryer and some supplies. Hosts were responsive and helpful.

The interior of the apartment was amazing, the location was incredible, There were 3 balconies where i did spend a lot of time. I would like to express my deepest gratitude towards Irina ( Manager ), Pep and also I am highly obliged to Janice who came on a her day off to help me out because I had my friend's suitcase in the concierge.
