Seems to be corporate run and rigid — especially with times and flexibility and deposits. The messages from their office seems very cold.

Irene and the staff at BCN Apartment rentals were incredibly helpful. They were incredibly responsive and quick to provide whatever was needed. We had a wonderful stay at BCN Apartments. I hope to return at some point.

That I had to leave

The appartment itself was amazing. Massive appartment, and after looking on air BnB for 5 people I honestly thought it was too good to be true. Needles to say the risk more than paid off. For the price even hotels. In the area CANT offer better value. The staff were also super lovely.

The only thing that I would say is that was misleading is that the "dryer" is a drying rack. I didn't mind as it is not too common to have a dryer in Spain.

I stayed for 3.5 weeks with my family while my daughter attended summer college. It could not have been a nicer experience. The location was amazing! Cafes and restaurants right below your apartment and luxury shopping just two blocks down. It really is one of the nicest areas of Barcelona. Everything was lovely.

We liked everything, however, it was a little noisy at night from the street below, but that is to be expected when the location is so good - we just need to learn to stay up later next time!

Beautiful apartment, clean and spacious with great original features. Provided everything we needed and more. The staff were all lovely and very helpful - communication was excellent. The location was wonderful, lots of shops and excellent restaurants nearby and handy for getting around to other parts of the city. The balcony was a great place to sit in the evening with a glass of wine watching the buzz of the city. We would definitely stay again.

I recently stayed at this apartment hotel in Barcelona and had an excellent experience. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the major attractions. The design of the apartment is modern and stylish, which really added to the overall ambiance. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay, always available to assist with any questions or needs. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of room to relax after a day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Barcelona!

Apartment was beautiful and much larger than we expected! Location was great and easy access to everything! 8 of us stayed, 6 of us shared double rooms between 2 and the remaining 2 people had their own rooms! Plenty of bathrooms between us & the living room was the perfect place to socialise. We booked the apartment for my best friends hen and it was perfect, she loved it!

Great location and very clean. The staff communicated very well and were really helpful. It was nice to have air conditioning and we really enjoyed our large balcony. It was in the heart of town but very quiet

Shower cubicles were a bit small and could be better. With their strict no noise policy I was a bit scared to even talk after 9pm but we heard no noise from anywhere else so I think the sound proofing must be quite good.

Communication from the property was excellent. Location in Barcelona was perfect. Was a good size for our needs and very clean. Loved the little authentic balconies to the front of the property.

Right on Rambalas with a little balcony. Spacious and clean. Some street noise but relatively quiet for being on the main road. Restaurants right out side.
