I loved the thoughtful gestures, the quick communication, the style of the apartment was lavish, and the location was unbeatable! I would stay there again without a second thought!

The ventilation of the bigger bathroom was very loud and waked others up at night, especially the ones sleeping in the bedroom next to the bathroom.

The wall is too yellow. Also, there is a quite terrible picture on the wall that a man always stares on you. It made us feel not comfortable. There is a elevator but there are still few steps that we need to take our heavy luggage upstair. Besides, 500 Euro deposit is a bit expensive.

Spacious and clean with balcony. Can use washing machine and hanger. Good location with 5 mins walk to Diagonal or Provença Station. Quite silence and have a good sleep. The owner is responsive to enquiries.

Beds where a bit hard and a bit short (at least for my long husband). The location is central and great, but that also means that there are some noice from the street in some bedrooms, bring earplugs if that is a problem

Great location and a really nice apartment. Balcony with afternoon sun. Nicely furnished, kitchen well aquipped. Staff where helpful and gave good information regarding keys etc. Very charming old building, a lot of very nice restaurants just around the corner. Also close to several metro-lines and airport train-station

Excellent location with great food/coffee/cocktail options nearby. The beds were very comfortable and our apartment, on the rear courtyard, was extremely quiet. Classic old building with high ceilings and intricate tile floors. Communication with the staff was terrific.

It was nearly midnight before we arrived. The directions for how to pick up our key were not very clear to me. We stayed at 101 whose door looks similar to 103. The keys were on the inside of the 103 door – that is, on a DIFFERENT door than where we were staying. That was not clear to me, nor was the role of the website (slide the key and check).

There was no one to meet us. We had to call and have someone come let us in. Luckily we were able to wait in the lobby rather than outside with all our luggage and where it was hot.

Initially we were a little concerned about the stairs as we were on the 3rd floor but in fairness, the lift was fine and always readily available. Most of the group were grateful for the stairs to walk off some of the food and drink!

What a find! Right from the initial booking, the communication was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for them. We arrived very early and they arranged for us to leave the cases in reception. The receptionist (Saudi) was really helpful and made sure that we had everything that we needed. When we got back to the apartment we were blown away, it was far better than we had anticipated. Everywhere was spotless, the bedrooms rooms were large and well equipped with really comfortable beds. The bathrooms were big with walk-in showers, the dinning room and lounge were very well set out and had plenty of seating. The location was ideal with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops right on our doorstep. Everything was just perfect (Thank you). This is a real Gem, don't miss out.

Loved this property. The staff was very friendly and communicative. Contactless entrance to the property made off hour check in easy. The location is simply amazing, next to all shops and sightseeing.

The neighbouring flat was not run by BCN Apartments, and on two nights the occupants had a party to early in the morning. This was disturbing to several in my family and took the edge off the stay, but not the fault of the hosts.

easy to check-in, excellent communication (via WhatsApp) with the reception whilst I was travelling to the apartments. The location was as described and excellent for visiting Barcelona.

Wonderful stay. Excellent location surrounded by shops and restaurants. We were in the "Island" apartment which was stunning — enormous unit with lots of extra space, including a large balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard. Two full bathrooms and laundry facilities were a blessing when travelling with family.
