Twin bedroom is very small with no proper window and no storage. There was a lack of coat hangers for clothes in all bedrooms. The cupboard in the double room had an aggressive sticker on which said for staff use only. €200 fine if used. It was unlocked and completely empty!

Lounge/kitchen area was nice and the decor was pleasant. Nice to have a balcony, and a lift to the apartment, which was on the 4th floor. Everywhere was very clean and beds were comfy. Water was hot and shower powerful. Wifi was good.

Dishwasher, towel radiator in bathroom didn’t work, switching on either tripped the circuit. Heating didn’t work , though one out of the three apartments I booked had portable heaters.

Nothing significant. Maybe could have been more generous with extras, eg only one tiny bar of soap for three of us for 6 nights and we needed to buy toilet rolls too. But that's about it.

We were a group of three single adults and for us the apartment was just ideal - excellent location so close to Clot metro station and with supermarket only a few metres away. The generously sized three seater sofa was perfect for watching films together in the evening. Well equipped kitchen and nice if compact bathroom. And good non touristy restaurants and bars only a short walk away

The location was excellent, there was a shop and a bakery right next to the apartment. All attractions were an hour's walk maximum. There are convenient connections for all types of transport nearby.

Some things were off: -the room with 2 beds, is very small, no shelves or closet inside, just the beds and a small nightstand; it has no natural light, because the window is actually oriented towards the elevator ( the elevator passes in front of the window; at least it silent, so the noise is not annoying) - bad smell in the bathroom; i know it’s a common problem with such buildings, but i appreciate when the host at least does something to take away this “pain”; there were only 2 paper rolls for 4 people for 5 nights ( we had to buy more) and only a litttle ammount of washing gel ( we had to buy a bottle); for more than 3 nights there, an extra set of clean bathroom towels should be available (at least for changing the ones we use to put on the floor) - such type of coach should have a cover to be able to wash it once in a while, because a non-leather coach with no cover is not hygienic, in a place that is rented for so many people - there was no silicone spatula to use in a pan ( only a “big spoon” for taking pasta and a ladle) - i understand not giving too many “freebies”, but at least salt could be provided - only one detergent capsule for the dish washer was provided for a 5 nights stay

Common areas (living room &kitchen, balcony and patio) are nice for a group of 4, making it easy to get together. Very close to metro station and bus stations, parks, lots of shops, including some downstairs. Very close to the location there are nice bars/tapas places (ex: go on the C. del Clot) Nice neighbourhood, peaceful, not crowded.

Quite noisy. Especially the smallest room. It was impossible to sleep there as the window goes to the elevator side. The smell in the bathroom. But this is the problem not of this apartment, but the whole old town in Barcelona. Lack of bathroom accessories.

Good apartment for the good price. Great location. 15 minutes by walk to Sagrada Familia. Bus stationa and metro in 3 minutes. 15 minutes by metro or bus to the city center or beach. The apartment was clean.

We wouldn't mind more storage for our clothes, as the wardrobe in our room was locked and reserved probably for stuff like clean bed sheets and towels. But that's just a minor thing, everything else was ok.

Very good accomodation in a great location. Right next to a metro station and in a walkable distance from Sagrada familia. Apartment was quiet and even with opened windows whole night, there was no noise from traffic or nearby bars. Staff was nice and helpful.

The apartment should improve in term of: number of kitchen accessories, forks weren't enough for all family, a few more tea towels could have been useful and they should provide some detergent to clean floor, toilet and kitchen, these small niceties will makes the place exceptional. The bed sheets and the towels should be renewed and the mattress cover changed. The air conditioning filters should be clean, we did not use the air conditioning because it produced an unpleasant smell when switched on.

The location was good, very closed metro, many supermarket and shops. The apartment was not hot (very good) and not noisy. Great space for more than 5 people.

The wifi did not work. We repeatedly asked for help and for the password for the correct wifi but did not get a helpful response until the last day of our 5 day stay. They would take hours if not a day to reply and their reply would be that they have sent our message to their team. They had sent us the wrong password when we arrived and told us on the last day the correct one was in the guidebook on the dining table. There was also only enough toilet paper and soap for the first day or so and when we asked for more, we were told they only provide enough until you are settled and can get your own. They gave us more toilet paper as an exception. Beware the shower drain gives off a very strong sewer smell but we just covered it with a garbage can when it was not in use.

Very few things to improve. The doors were a little squeaky so it would be nice to give them a little grease. Toilet needed a little repair but didn't affect function or comfort. Would have been nice to have a few basics (salt/pepper) in the kitchen but this would be a bonus and not necessary.

The Key/Access was Amazing! The Apartment was spacious and clean and very comfortable. Good location - easy access to the metro and we could walk to Sagrada Familia (20 min). Parking was close by (42 euros for 3 nights). Communication with host was clear, consistent and easy. Apartment had an elevator for easy access. Felt clean, safe, and well equipped. Plenty of towels provided by host. Kitchen had all that was needed to cook a few meals at home. A/C was very effective and cool. TV had Netflix which was nice to unwind for the kids. Overall very comfortable for our family of 5 (kids age 6, 9, 15). We would recommend.

The bathroom was not fully functional. Lots of flooding from the shower, sewage smell in the shower cabinet from the drain, and toilet was functional but missing the wall plate.

The property was very well located and clean/comfortable. Very nice to have a washing machine in the unit.
