The decoration is not as good as expected. The automatic check-in is convenient, but I met three Filipinos downstairs who also booked an apartment but they didn't fill out the form, so they didn't know how to open the door. They stayed downstairs for two hours. Paid an extra 70 euros in tourist tax, which was really expensive

Check-in was a fiasco due to a lack of communication between this booking site and the platform the hotel used. Was repeatedly asked to confirm payment and was unclear if it was the deposit, room tax or room fee which I understood was already paid on booking. It was self check-in with their app which needs a lot of work. I had to call several numbers before I got a call back for the initial check-in so I was stuck outside the hotel with my baggage waiting for some app and code access to open the street door. After I was granted access I was still contacted about "lack of payment". What made this worse was the attitude of staff (never in person only by phone) that they were doing me a favor letting me in since I could not prove payment and that I needed to sort it out. When I explained that I already paid, I had to send them a screenshot of the payment and could do so only through WhatsApp which wasn't transmitting. They conceded they were in the wrong with a short "sorry". I understand technology has issues but they needed to have a backup, be more responsive, and be understanding. The attitude they took was the worst part of it since it was implied I did something wrong. Additionally, the location is very loud which I didn't see in the reviews. The linens were minimal for a 5-day stay. One blanket, two pillows, and two towels. I stayed with my son so it was sparse. While there is a washing machine, there was no place to hang the clothes to dry. I regret staying there and would have moved after the first day but was to tired to try and get a refund.

It would be helpful to have extra blankets and towels on site also paper towels and/or napkins. The traffic outside and by the elevator can be noisy at times

Many small faulty items in the property. The hinges in the wardrobe were loose, the shower head was sliding down, the kitchen sink got blocked constantly under little more than a bit of water and lack of any shelves in the second room was a bit discomforting.. lack of the main light in both bedrooms was a bit of a nuisance.

Very nice apartment close to the Metro and easy distance to all of the majn attractions. Non key access worked well and a small welcome pack was useful. Good sized clean rooms. Quiet as there is no road frontage for 4th floor apartment 2

The bathroom needs to be fixed ASAP, the rooms could be refreshed too. Not enough towels for a longer stay.

The bath has no plug, or tap. Had to improvise with the sink plug and use the shower to fill, which wasn’t ideal. The shower heads were clogged with limescale, could do with a good clean

It's on a busy road so if you are bothered by noise , request an apartment away from the street. TheShower is in a leveled up place so it's very uncofortable to get out of as the toilet is right in the front and the sink on the other side. Might be difficult for older visitors. Also the washing mashine wasn't working. Other than that just a minor things like missing toilet brush and no curtain in the kitchen so make sure you don't wonder there as someone will look at you from flat across the hall

Our apartment was at the front of the block so there was a lot of road noise. Could not hear any resident noise (which was great) just cars!

The location, the size of rooms (living/dining, bedroom &kitchen) and the app for opening the doors! Loved the European block out shutters assisting with sleeping in! The location was good for us as we love to walk and explore and when exhausted we used the inexpensive and efficient metro to return to the apartment.

The lack of ability to leave luggage before check in and after check out. If there was a system set up with information provided beforehand it would have been helpful.

Location was good,close to Urgell metro station to get around ( wish we had researched this before arriving from the airport where we walked from Passeig de Gràcia station, long walk with luggage in the heat! ) with supermarkets and bakeries nearby. The kitchen was well equipped with new equipment including a Nespresso machine. Instructions to access the apartment were quite easy to follow and worked really well.
