The elevator is tiny and old. Was out of service once but got fixed quickly. There's no actual front desk to ask things from, but I guess it's possible using the chat during service hours.

Top apartment building, tricky to get too as lift so small. Very hot in stairwell & entrance. No view.

Nothing negative to mention. Points of feedback: provide dish washer tablet per day of stay and provide extra trash bags. Maybe also prived cooking oil.

Even though our arrival was before check in time, keys were available. Easy accessible procedure. Before, during and after our stay staff was available through chat and phone. Thankful for the help in organizing transportation from and to the airport. We chose to be close to the city center to be able to visit almost everything by foot. Even though we were located near a busy street, noise isolation was good enough to sleep. Two bathrooms available in a three room appartment. Was more than enough, towels available.

At check in at 2:45am we couldn’t get our keys from the box machine but we called the number and they fix it, took a bit of time but they did. Also, I paid my tourist tax thru the machine and the next day they kept emailing me that I didn’t but I sent them a screen shot of my payment and it was resolved.

It was confortable for my family of 5, great location. I had all the stores and restaurants very near.

It doesn’t look like the pictures, it was very simple decoration. When i booked it it said it was luxury, and it wasn’t. 2nd and 3rd room are really small!

The apartment was spacious for our family of four and the location was perfect for walking to attractions and restaurants. The staff was very accommodating when needed and having a washer/dryer and fridge in the unit was very helpful.

Very good location with benches outside to just sit down. Lots of restaurants, cafes close by and metro is very convenient. The luggage storage is very helpful for those who arrive early.

We were on the 5th floor and the elevator only accommodated 2 people at a time. So it took a few extra minutes for our family of 5 all to enter the apartment each time we returned. Luggage also had to be brought up one suitcase at a time due to limited space in the elevator. This was a small price to pay for a truly perfect apartment in the best area imaginable!

We absolutely loved our stay and our expectations were far exceeded! The apartment was incredibly spacious, bright, modern, and beautiful! The location was absolutely incredible. I will recommend this gorgeous apartment to any of my friends or family who visit Barcelona!

It was located on toney, leafy Ramblas Catalunya, one block from Casa Battlo, on a stunning and quiet location yet very central. We were able to walk to the Gothic Quarter, Born, and we could’ e easily walked to Sagrada Familia but we took the train. The apartment is modern, clean and comfortable. We shopped at a local market for breakfast, got pastries from the local bakery every morning and enjoyed the neighborhood.
