The old wooden shutters on the Balcony windows were broken and unusable, these should be replaced. We also did not know where to deposit rubbish, so a check list would have been helpful.

We had easy access to the building via a code. Then we had to access another machine inside to get a Key Card out. Unfortunately this was not working properly and we had to ring the administrator, who sorted it.

It was like treasure hunt to find the keys. They should leave the keys at the property where we stay at.

I recommend it to anyone who is looking for staying in Barcelona.

Excellent central location in a beautiful building. Apartment was spotless and so nice to have a balcony and high ceilings. Tastefully decorated, everything you will need and very comfortable beds and a good quality shower-can’t fault this beautiful apartment -thank you 🙂

We didn't have any complaints.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was fantastic, as it was within walking distance of most places. I initially thought the apartment would be smaller, but it turned out to be quite spacious. There were many restaurants, cafes, and shops right in front of the apartment, as well as a great little bakery that makes excellent chocolate croissants.

Elevator access is very tight

Some neighbors/spring breakers were having really loud outdoor music party after midnight. Around 2am. Sleeping with peace was too hard. Also, reservation team changed the location address, that made things complicated.

There was nothing we did not like.

We loved everything about this place and experience! It was so straight forward to check in and acquire a key. The place was very secure and super clean with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were a dream to sleep in! The showers were clean with great pressure. The view and location could not have been better. We could not find a fault. Will definitely stay again!

Everything was nice. Just a suggestion for the owners - it would be great if there was some snack upon our arrival, since it was late in the nigth. And maybe a bit more water.

Apartment was spacious and nice. Very clean. There were few minor issues (sunshades were dropped and couldn't be risen upon our arrival) but it was all handled quickly and professionally. It's very nice they had locker in which we could leave our luggage.

Kitchen is big but needs just a few more additions. I think it could have some trays/ pans for the oven (and an oven mitt), at least 6 tall and 6 short glasses since the apartment sleeps 6 people, a vegetable peeler, better wider tongs (lettuce salad), a larger bowl (bigger than the biggest one in the kitchen), and some food storage containers for leftovers. Also, I'd suggest providing a dishwasher soap tablet for each night a guest stays... two tablets for 6 people over 5 nights weren't enough.

Size, location, and quiet! We were really impressed with the fast, hand delivered service when we realized the cutting boards were missing from the kitchen. The patio was huge and we enjoyed having that to enjoy in the city!

The checking in from U.K.& also the self check in at the property was horrendous! I checked all my 6 guests in ample time from U.K.-then 4 times had emails to tell me I hadn’t checked in-Very stressful-I’m elderly & became anxious! My son-in-law found check in ( for keys)@ Aspasios as difficult as I did from U.K.We were all very tired on arrival (after travelling)- a poor welcome-half an hour at least-to obtain key from machine ( in cramped dark area by machine)-very disappointing!Needs to be much more convenient-on arrival-NO staff in sight at all during stay of 4 days!

The bathrooms are quite tight and the walls need some quality paint to stand up against the abuse of luggage. The hot water only lasted for 2.5 quick showers. The photos online are frustrating because you can’t actually see the photos for each individual apartment. They’re all mixed up. Overall our apartment was spacious, but the en-suite room was quite tight with a very tiny sink. The other shower was the size of a cruise line shower.

Great location. Easily accessed metro and bus lines. Great food options nearby. Easy walk to Gothic quarter. Soundproof windows/doors worked quite well. There was a lift to our floor, air conditioning, blow dryer, safe, and body wash.

The apartment is located in the heard of Barcelona, close to Casa Battlo and almost 7 minutes walk from Placa Catalunya. The apartment is spacious and the bed is comfortable, ideal for a visit of 4 people. Would highly recommend it.

One note: there was no corkscrew!!! You see, there's nothing to open your wonderful wine with! It should be mandatory we are in Spain!!!!

The perfect place in Barcelona! On the back of Casa BATLLÓ!Easy and convenient for public transport. Quiet and peaceful street. It has a lovely spacious terrace. I recommend!!!

You could hear the music from the bar on some of the evenings but it was all quiet by 11pm.

It was all to a high standard, clean, comfortable and any questions I had were answered immediately
