Early check in was not available even though the apartment was ready. We got there 30 mins early, and waited outside the apartment until it was time for us to get inside. I think it would've been nice to let us inside the place if it's ready. The only other thing we weren't happy with was the fact that there were roadworks happening directly outside the building which were VERY LOUD. And we weren't told about it until a few hours before arriving. It would have been nice to have been informed about this a few days prior so we could alter our plans if we wished.

The only disadvantage I can think of is related to all the applications you need to unlock the apartment. Two different websites - one with the code to the building and one with the link to unlock the apartment, for the second one you had turn horizontally your phone in order to be able to copy the link. I immediately figured out how to do it, but my parents definitely struggled and overall, people that are not very technical will have problem with this.

We booked this apartment a few months before we came to Barcelona and it was definitely the best price for anything similar. The apartment was spacious, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your meals. The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathrooms had shampoo and shower gel provided. In the kitchen you can find sponge, dish soap, even pods for the washing machine. If we return to Barcelona one day, we will definitely stay in the same apartments.

The property was perfectly located for walking around Barcelona and for access of public transport. Lots restaurants and cafes nearby. Easy access with key code entry and we made great use of storage lockers that were available.

We could hear everything what was happening in the flat next to our apartment + neighbours were very loud partying. I wouldn't recommend that place if you have problems with falling asleep.

Localization is awesome (5 min from the bus/tramstop, 10 min from Metro Station). We were very satisfied with apartment's size and Check-In process.

Very limited supplies - like coffee, garbage bags, washing liquid, dishwasher pods , bathroom supplies ..etc.. it is topped up upon request which is not a problem but an inconvenience. Shower space was really tight although bathroom was fairly large. Roadnoise and cleaning can be loud - will affect light sleepers.

It was a really beautiful apartment, original floor and nicely renovated. We were very comfortable as a family, enough space and bathrooms. The check in process is quite lengthy and the digital key takes a bit of getting used to, but works well and no need to worry about losing keys. The staff were very responsive on Booking messenger. Within 30 mins walking distance of many major attractions but not in the middle of the tourist chaos which suited us perfectly. Much more relaxed vibe in the neighbourhood with cafes, bars and locals doing their shopping. Would 100% return to this apartment.

There was a loose tile in the kitchen floor which we kept tripping over

Perfect location for us, on a relatively quiet street in Gracia mixed in with local markets, bars and restaurants. 10 mins walk now to Casa Mila. All great with the booking in, digital key works well after getting used to it. Beautiful entrance hall and interior. Good lift. Lovely apartment, very comfortable and modern. Air conditioning. There was a little square with a nice playground for the kids a few mins walk away as a bonus. Would book again.

2 bathrooms would have been ideal but that’s our planning issue not the properties fault!

Nice 2 bdrm with a Jack and Jill bath in between! Lovely balcony, good living room and dining area. The washer has a dryer feature! Very handy. Great area with a cafe steps around the corner, very close to a couple major thoroughfares making taxi hailing a breeze. Also, the digital locks on the lobby and apartment made it so easy to come and go individually as well as in a group! In addition, there is luggage storage right in the building!

We only stopped overnight during the train service, so I cannot comment on how far away we were from the site seeing locations. It was great for a one night stay, I am not sure I would choose an apartment for a week, but that is because I like to feel like I am on holiday and not at home. The shower room was very small for four adults sharing and would’ve become a little annoying. We were only left a small carton of milk, so we had to buy some from the shop to make a cup of tea in the morning. That’s my only gripe. The apartment is in an alleyway, so it can’t get noisy when the shops are open in and garbage trucks are passing by at speed

The apartment was clean and airy. The staff are not on site, but are quick to respond to any questions. The entry code system was simple enough to use.

It wasn’t easy getting in as the keypad wasn’t working. The only way to contact staff was via telephone and unfortunately we didn’t buy a Spanish SIM card. We only had a data. Thankfully the lock worked via the link sent to us.

So spacious and perfect for our family of 6. Loved that there were 3 toilets - a necessity when you have 3 boys! 🤣
