The shower cabin was to small. You can hardly turnaround in it. Also you can clearly hear the upstairs neighbor walking ip and down like running on high heels every morning between 6 am to 7 am and in the evening. This was very disturbing in the morning while you are trying to still sleep.

This apartment was perfect for our trip. It was beautifully furnished, the beds were super comfortable and had everything we needed. It was spotless. Location is excellent, a two minute walk to the nearest metro station which is only 4 stops from the centre. It is within walking distance of the stadium and a 5 min walk to Arenas shopping centre with a great choice of rooftop restaurants. Although the second bathroom is very very small, it was great to have a second toilet with a group of 4 adults. Check in was easy with all electronic access codes. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Barcelona.

The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable with all the amenities of home. Three bedroom very comfortable very well presented. Easy access to the building and easy access to the apartment. The concierge on the ground floor was helpful and very pleasant. I will definitely book the apartment again.

The only complaint I have is the elevator which can be very noisy during the nights (no problem during the day though). Not much you can do about it.

The apartment has an excellent location, just a few steps (50 meters) from metro station Tarragona where you have access to the L3 metro line. L3 takes you directly to La Rambla, Pl de Catalunya, P. de Gracia, etc. The apartment is 1 stop from Pl de Espanya (or about a 6-minute walk) where you have excess to the airport (BCN) shuttle bus. Also it is one stop from the metro station Sants which was very convenient as we arrived by train from Costa Brava. The apartment is newly refurbished, kitchen is well equipped, including a welcome cleaning pack of dishwasher liquid, tablets and also salt, pepper and some olive oil. A/C works perfectly. Upon arrival you can put your luggages in a locker room with separate boxes which you can close with your own pin code. There is a central laundry with washing machines and driers for Arrivo guests which was also very helpful. There is a reception desk at the ground floor which adds a sense of security. The person in service was very helpful when we arrived even though he is not an employee of Arrivo. Our apartment was overlooking the city with a distant view of Tibidabo, S. Familia, Pl Catalunya buildings, the Cathedral, Montjuic and the sea.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and modern. It's in the details. F.e. coffee pads were available, dishwasher soap blocks were provided. That's what makes a stay enjoyable. The location near the metro station was perfect and useful. Everything was nearby. Next time we will stay again in this appartement.

Had a ‘fresh’ shower the following morning, which was not bad, but no hot water. No doubt there may have been a control somewhere but we were not there long enough to fathom that out.

We booked this accommodation for a 1 night stopover travelling from Ibiza to Paris. The accommodation was lovely, clean and we liked the touch of leaving some milk, tea and coffee as it was very much appreciated. Literally arrived around 9 pm and left the following 9am. Would definitely stay again in this accommodation.

Very convenient location because of the metro station just few steps from the building. We had a very pleasant stay in this large and clean apartment which was more than enough for a group of five. We felt secure as well because there's security in the building plus the apartment's security lock. We liked the ease of communication with their team because they respond in a timely manner. Check in instructions were clearly provided. Received a call from them after checking out due to an issue but it was well discussed and they were very considerate and fair so it was quickly resolved. Highly recommended property, great option for groups of 4-6. We will return for sure.

We liked everything. There was a minor issue with a bath gel bottle on the shower wall. I think it is too heavy for it to be attached with self adhesive. It kept falling off when we used it. We just left it on the shower floor.

Great location in the neighborhood of Eixample. The property was located 1-2 minutes from metro station Tarragona which is on the main green line to go to major museums; 10 minutes walk from metro Espanya where it is possible to catch orange route for Barcelona City tour bus; 15 minutes walk to magic fountain and National Art Museum of Catalonia. Right in the same building there is 24 hours pharmacy. Right across the building there some restaurants and cafes. The apartment was super modern, new and very clean, air-conditioned. We were on the 6th floor. There are 2 elevators, quite small but functional. I really liked digital key access to the building, apartment and laundry facility, convenient and safe. The apartment was for 5 people with 3 bedrooms, living room, 2 bathrooms (one of them had shower, sink and toilet and another had sink and toilet), kitchen, wide hallway and a small balcony. Nice furniture, comfortable bed and pillows. There were hangers, shelves, even ironing board with iron, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen with induction stove and oven, microwave, tea kettle and coffee machine. We had a hard time with a coffee machine with coffee pods which either we did not know how to properly operate or it is just not a good brand. It has nothing to do though with this apartment. This is quite popular coffee machine in Europe. Good cutlery, pots and pans, dishes, glasses. When we arrived there was a 2 liter bottle of water, coffee pods, tea, creams and sugar. There’s dishwasher soap, paper towel, napkins, kitchen rags and towels. There were bath gel, soaps and shampoo not conditioner, toilet paper in the bathrooms. And you can also ask for more supply if you ran out. The laundry is conveniently located on the second floor and all washing supply is provided. Just keep in mind in European dryers it takes quite long to dry clothes because they operate differently. We had an excellent stay in Arrivo apartments and a fabulous time in Barcelona!

The main entrance to the building, there is too much smell of smoke, the elevators are very bad and need to get demolish( they smell, there are small and slow)
