It’s a little away from the hustle and bustle so you do have to use public transport, but even then it’s no issue with the subway being on the doorstep.

So spacious and really well equipped. It was perfect for a family of 5. Being right next to a subway stop was also super convenient. It was also great to be able to store our luggage after checkout !

Our apartment had a balcony and that was nice for the view. It would be nice to have a couple of chairs on the balcony.

This location was a perfect jumping off point for getting around Barcelona. A metro station is right across the street and there are plenty of cafes nearby to get breakfast and coffee. We arrived well before check-in but storing our luggage in the storage room was simple and we were able to drop off bags and go explore the neighborhood. The rooms were simple and clean.

We reported right on day 2 about bad odors coming from the bathroom and noisy neighbors upstairs but, nothing was really done during our 10-day stay.

The location was perfect and the setting of the apartment was convenient for a family vacation. It is nice to be in the heart of the city and enjoy living in a place like the locals.

Check in process was tedious. I know that Arrivo sent me numerous emails but each time their links were removed (May be due to some security settings on Yahoo). Support person more than made up for the difficulty 🙂

- 1 Room very dark without access to sunlight - small lifts for only 2-3 persons - Entry to the apartment exactly at 16:00, we were 30 min earlier and code was not working even that apartment was ready so we had to wait in front of the doors

The location is not the best in Barcelona, but it looks like a safe neghiborhood. Felt safe.

Super clean modern apartment, the check in was comfortable. Extremly close to a metro station (1 min walk). Had everything we needed. The comunication with the staff was perfect. Great value for money.

9 floors up a lift, but it was working so not bad Some noise from tv in flat next door in main bedroom but only bothered me one night.

Spacious, well equipped for what we needed, nice shower, secure. Very helpful staff at the building and app to communicate with. Good location on airport side of city, very close to metro and walking distance to Montjuic

No basic kitchen stuff - washing up liquid, surface spray & cloth etc. I would pay an extra Euro 10 for this.

The location and views from the apartment -fantastic. The Tarragona metro almost outside the door. Easy access via metro to a lot of the main sights and airport. Property spacious for a family of 5 for sleeping and eating.It was comfortable and extremely clean. It felt very safe. Also lockers available on last day after we had vacated the property. Loved it ❤️

Only downside was it could be slightly noisy at night for whoever was in the bedroom at the front of the property (nearest the road) but that couldn’t be helped. A couple of extra towels would be good too for people with long hair.

Only things that could have been better was providing a washing up bowl not to waste water in a drought and pegs for the washing line!

Excellent location. Tarragona metro right outside and Espanya station/Airport express bus 5 minutes walk. Apartment was on the 11th floor looking out over the City and Sagrada in the distance. Beds were really comfy and apartment was modern, clean and spacious. Communication was excellent and online guest area very helpful. Laundry room and Lockers were really useful.
