There wasn't anything we didn't like

The apartment was in a great spot, we mostly walked everywhere. It was clean and very spacious for the 5 of us. The staff in the lobby were awesome very helpful.

Bedrooms require a serious upgrade - both the beds and pillows were way too soft and not very comfortable. A larger TV is a most as well (we had only one if was extremely small).

Great apartment in a great location, only 10 minutes away from the main square. Staff are very welcoming. Overall we had a great stay!

You can hear the rumble of underground trains from time to time but this would not prevent us from rebooking

The apartment is in a great location and is very clean and well equipped. We were able to walk from both the airport bus and to the Sagrada Familia.There is an excellent bakery and supermarket on the doorstep.

We had one unfortunate incident in relation to a disruptive group of holiday makers in the complex that was resolved very professionally and quickly by the management.

The central location was ideal to all amenities for travel, tourism and socialising. Excellent facilities for families with 1 to 4 children. Very comfortable and spacious. We will definitely be returning.

It was quite a bland apartment, and lacked any character, however it was well equipped and everything was of a good standard.

The pillows provided was way to soft and had no real support :( there are many other cushions in the apartment however they are either too big (in the main bedroom ) or too soft to use to sleep ! Other than that every thing was just perfect !!!

The apartment is in lovely area. We had penthouse aprtment on 8th floor and we had an amazing stay with a massive terrace. The place was sparkling clean and all essentials were provided. The reception staff were ever so helpful ! We did a bit cooking and also had take aways from the lovely restaurants nearby . All required cutlery, utensils & crockery was provided for 4 -6 people (even more !) . The place is 20 -25 minutes walk from main attractions like la ramblas , gothic quarters , familia saraguda etc. We did take taxis back but mostly paid under 10 euros . There are number of lovely restaurants nearby if you are not cooking. Things not provided was salt , washing tablets for washing machine , sugar etc which we were happy to buy from the local shop a minute away. We loved staying in this apartment and definately will be back !

It would be great to have some better pillows. my husband had a hard time sleeping on the ones in the Appartement.

This apartment was super clean and the folks working at the front desk were great. They even left us chocolates and a bottle of wine!

After about 4 people taking showers at night the water was cold and it would be a couple of hours before it was hot again.

The apartment was spacious and clean. The location was great and was centrally located. There was a doorman after they closed reception through the night and morning hours. Reception staff was friendly and helpful.

Apartment had little to no decoration or personality. I do understand that can be hard with rentals, but if the apartment had some decoration, it would have felt more comfortable. Would have been nice to have a newer Smart TV that allowed us to play movies and cartoons for our small children.

Clean apartment, great size, crib was already placed and made. Staff was incredibly helpful. Moved quickly and explained everything for check in and check out.

The only thing I would recommend would be facial tissues (Kleenex) available in the apartment.

The staff was so helpful, a phone call away and they were ready to help. Check-in and Check-out was easy. The apartment was spacious and bright. The kitchen was full service. The apartment had 2 spacious bathrooms that were very comfortable and stocked with towels and toiletries.
