We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomView from balcony wasn't great but, as we weren't expecting a balcony, it was a pleasant bonus to sit outside and enjoy the sound of the swifts flying around.

United States of AmericaKitchen could use a few more utensils, like a soft spatula for the non-stick pans, a small strainer for tea, and a teapot.
Staff were very helpful in orienting to the neighborhood and arranging for our taxi to the airport. We found a great restaurant, "La Foga" nearby for delicious reasonably priced meals. The location is just a few blocks from metro and bus services.

Very convenient location, central and close to a metro station but also walkable with cafes around. Close to the Sagrada! Staff are very helpful, also allowed to keep baggage even after checkout. Very friendly staff. Apartments are decent size with all necessary facilities.

1. Location: it is 500 meters from Arc of Triomf metro station and within 20-45 minutes walk from main attractions: Sagrada Familia, Park Güell, Casa Battló, Casa Milà, Picasso Museum. You also have Mercadona, a supermarket located 2 minutes away from the hotel, so you can save money by cooking all your meals in the apartment's well equipped kitchen. 2. The apartment itself: it is spacious with modern and stylish furniture and lots of natural light.

Excellent apart hotel. Stayed with my husband. We had an apartment with two bedrooms and a living room. The apartment is large and comfortable. The area is the best to live in Bars. The only negative is that we stayed for 12 days and we really missed the washing machine. The staff is excellent, all the maids are from Russia. Almost everyone at the reception also speaks Russian. And in English, of course. In general, everything is great!

DenmarkOnly elevators are quite narrow, it’s same all over the Barcelona. We had double stroller, faced a bit difficulty in accessing.
One of our best experiences in terms of the apartment itself, amenities and sunlight- just wow. Nice location and you can find everything near you e.g. super market, bakery for breakfast and snacks, fruits etc. Reception is open for 24 hours, we checked in at 00:30, no issue at all. Super helpful service desk.
