That most people hold the chairs on the pool area with their towels for hours with no use. We saw some people that left their belongings in some chairs and they weren't there for hours.

The kids playground could be improved but the kids clubs made up for it!

Fantastic location and lovely pool and facilities my biggest joy was the facilities for the kids and the programme. I couldn't believe most of it was free. Kids club, mini disco every night. It's such a social hotel The apartments allow you to relax in a chic way away from the main hub. We'll probably book again!

The entertainment program isn't as lively as some other Hotels in the neighborhood. But that could also be considered a good thing.

The food is really nice. Every day a huge variety and every night a different "theme" on a weekly rotation. You always have plenty options chicken, beef, pork or no meat. Pasta, potatoes, bread and sometimes rice. I really totally don't understand how some people in the reviews can possibly complain about the buffet. If you want your food to be steaming hot I suggest you be there at 19.30 immediately when the restaurant opens. It can get a little less warm if you are late. Fries and meat are sometimes a little under salted for my personal taste. But that's a GOOD thing. We are traveling with a 2 year old and for him I don't want the food to be too salty and I think quite a few people are on a low sodium diet these days.There's a whole seasoning station at the buffet with salts, peppers, oils, vinegars etc. So everyone can make the food exactly to their own liking. Nice animation team for the little ones. Rufus the mascot comes by at the restaurant to say Hi every night. Kids can go to the "Rufus club" for a couple of hours twice a day. Hardly any noise disturbance from surrounding places. There's a very lively hotel (with outdoor entertainment/music performances) and a nice little "amusement park"/fair behind the appartment building. Yes you can hear it from inside your room but definitely not to a degree it's disturbing. And around midnight everything quiets down almost completely. Bus Plana stop is a few 100 meters away from the Hotel. Ideal for a visit to neighbouring towns and for a visit to Tarragona for example. No need to go search for a laundromat in the neighborhood.The laundry service that's available at the hotel is conveniently located on the ground flour of the appartment building and is SELFSERVICE at a reasonable price of €4,- per load. We washed two loads and were able to easily fit both loads in the big dryer at the same time. For €2,- on normal heat it was more than perfectly...

Pillows were so terrible, something on all my travel I’ve never come across. Towels were very small. You can hire towels from reception for €15 (refundable on return) but unfortunately we didnt find out until leaving 😀

Property was very clean, great location to walk to beach or strip. Not noisy as it’s off the strip slightly.

Room could have been bigger .. stayed for 4 nights in triple room , if we were staying for a week or longer i don't feel the room would have done us . No sofa . Also note you must pay 100 damage deposit on arrival which you do get back on check out.

Great location . 10 min walk to beach and main strip . Clean facility . All the amenities of the hotel straight across the road. Small pool in the aparthotel facility

No sunbed cushions and front door key fob not working all the time no one to let you in because bar area closed at odd times during the day and night meaning you have to go across road to hotel and get help

How clean and quiet it was there was noise from the surrounding hotels but stopped before 12 but couldn't hear it when balcony door closed

There is no official bicycle parking in front of the hotel or apartment. The official parking is beside the sun bed area, which is very inconvenient moving Bicycles in and out.

Beds were not the most comfortable but that’s personal preference. Walls to neighbours a bit thin as could here chatter late. Our balcony area had a smashed glass panel.

Rooms small. For 2 people or 2 and small child. Were 4 of us and had advertised as bunk bed but was pull out bed. Left no room then. They were very clean though and it was a base in fairness.

Unfortunately, the air conditioner did not work properly. And because of the broken ventilation sometimes smelled of sewage from the bathroom.

The staff was very friendly, fast and helped us with the request for a baby cot. The hotel is full of entertainment. The room itself is very well furnished, has all the facilities we need.

Missing a coffee machine in the apartment. Check out at 1200, instead of 1100 would be better.

Good location, close to the beach and to shops, bars, restaurants… Swimming pool is big enough to swim.

Better organization of staff, they could be more friendly and smile to the guests (specially the receptionists). And the cleaning staff should not get in the room without permission (one cleaning woman got in our room without permission because she needed to put some labels to the phone)

All was perfect, the hotel had everything you might need and the cóctels are not expensive.

Some plates were dirty, bed sheet had a little something on it and shower had sand in when we arrived. All things that didn’t bother my partner and I too much but still should be avoided. Bathroom door was transparent which wouldn’t be ideal for families travelling together. Was also woken up one morning by the cleaner coming in the room without knocking

the noise of the late shows but didn’t bother us as we couldn’t hear too bad from our room and the buffet was nice however needed more variety to cater for different types of visitors.

5 minute taxi for PortAventura (our reason of travel) and a 5 minute walk to the front where there are so many cafe/restaurants. Supermarkets and restaurants or fast food in all surrounding areas.
