I have no complaints.

I followed the instructions on the check in machine and it was easy enough to follow. Property Manager, Albert was friendly and even lend me his umbrella when it was raining all day.

The location was wonderful! Right in the Gothic quarter and yet close enough to the main roads to access buses etc. Facilities and equipment were basic but adequate.

Some furniture was tired and basic. No tea towels for washing up. Access upon arrival was delayed as apartment wasn’t listed as ready due to oversight or lack of update.

It was an excellent location. Had a good shower and amount of space. Convenient lift. Easy to use safe.

The pigeons roosting above the washing machine were a bit annoying and their droppings were all over the washing machine. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable accommodation in an excellent location for exploring Barcelona on foot and by public transport. Great to have a washing machine with clothes rack provided and facilities to cook and eat in house. The bed was comfortable and pillows okay.

Loved the location! Just a short distance from Plaza Catalunya which is where the airport bus stops are. Lovely little street and just so close to everything.

Loved the location, tried to reach out to management 4 times on Sunday to address water temperature in the unit, could not take a shower since the water was cold. Noone answered the phone nor returned my call. There was a message only in Spanish and no one from the management office bothered to call me back. Air vent need to be cleaned it had black dust around the vent.

No complaints really, more than happy with the apartment

The location was excellent 10 out of 10, kitchen facilities were very good, bed very comfy. Lovely bonus was netflix and youtube available. Well stocked supermarket one minute walk away. Communication was very good Lift small but always available Enjoyed every minute

The bathroom was not completely clean. Bed linen is very old and needs changing. The beds could be better. The refrigerator didn't work. The kettle needs replacing. Generally, the house needs modernization, however this will significantly increase its price per night as it is in an impeccable location.

Excellent location - you can do everything on foot. Large house for a family of 4. Satisfactory facilities. Easy entry process. Immediate response to questions and satisfaction of extra requests. With a few renovation works, it could have been significantly better.

I would have liked a make up mirror.

Although they had emailed me with check-in instructions, a lovely lady (Ms. Loida) was waiting in the lobby to assist us. There is an elevator up to the apartment which was helpful. The flat was sparkling clean and there was every single thing one would need in there:- kettle, microwave, toaster, stove, coffee maker (2 types) iron + board, hairdryer - everything! The location is fantastic! Just a 5 minute walk from Placa de Catalunya, so we took the Aerobus and just walked from there. There's a lovely cafe opposite the building entrance where we had a couple of breakfasts, but there's loads of other cafes and restaurants nearby. The main road at the end is just one small block from La Rambla and the Cathedral is also a short walk away. We had a wonderful stay!

It needs more keys when u book more than two people. I would like to be charged not the day of the arrival but some days before.

Because of the location it could get quite loud from people and bins being emptied later at night. Kitchen was lacking some accessories for cooking ie. Non bread knife knives and chopping board.

No tea/coffee supplies. Check in process was a little different but we managed.

Nice and tidy spacious apartment in a central location, we would go downstairs and just reach shops. Small balcony for fresh air.

The apartment is a little beat up. The shower was leaking water for example and the wood doors showed sign of water damage so it's not the first time this happened. They should really fix this. The bathtub had some rust/damage also.

The location of the apartment is incredible. It's right next to Placa de Catalunya. In walking distance there are a lot of shops, restaurants, the airport shuttle bus, metro station, luggage storage, Las Ramblas etc. Self checkin at a kiosk was a nice bonus but I think a non technical person will struggle a bit. The apartment is good for 5 people. One of the bedrooms was very small with a single bed. Very good value for money. The bedsheets and towels were very clean, also the furniture was dust free. I would definetly return here.

Complex and time consuming digital check-in procedure, in line with mail from apartment, but contrary to message from Booking (e.g. no need to check-in before 22:30). Hard mattress.

Decent apartment at a perfect location, close to Palau de la Musica, Placa Cataluna, Ramblas and old city.
