We had the very clean apartment with the beautiful sea view, can hear the soothing waves at night. Within the walking distance to the shop and the bus stop for buses to València.

The walls are paper thin and the noise is terrible. The furniture is worn out and the beds are very uncomfortable.

The apartment is close to the beach. The check in and check out was well arranged at the reception. The balcony is great and the size is quite good.

Lovely big terrace overlooking the beach. The port is a pretty Marina with a long clean beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us a ground floor apartment, great for our little dog

Port Saplaya is a charming residential development but there isn’t exactly a village within walking distance

Slightly disappointed with restaurants. With so many to choose from did have high hopes but some closed and limited menu on some others.

The furniture is old and needs renovation. The towels were clean, but they were very worn out, and I think it's time for them to be replaced. It was strange that there was a shampoo dispenser in the bathroom, but no soap. I believe soap is more essential than shampoo. The double bed room was too small; there was hardly any space between the bed and the walls. They had provided only two small trash bags and one small bottle of washing liquid in the kitchen, which was not really enough for a 4-night stay. I don't think providing more necessary items would cost a lot, and it would surely increase customer satisfaction.

The location is awesome. The windows opened to the beach, and we enjoyed having coffee and food on the terrace. The sound of the sea was so relaxing. The apartment is a 15-minute ride from Valencia city center. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and one big supermarket in the neighborhood. The receptionist, who was a lady from Tunisia, was so friendly. The apartment itself was clean and has almost everything that you someone might need.

Nothing extra: A bottle of water and maybe a few snacks or fruit would have been welcomed. An extra toilet roll was needed!

The underground parking is a nightmare if you're driving anything larger than a Fiat 500 or a Mini. I am an experienced driver and I still managed to scratch my rental car in multiple places during a single week of having to park there. It is simply horribly designed, with very narrow passages, way too many columns and no turning spaces. If you can find a spot, I highly recommend that you park on the street. It will probably save you hundreds of euros worth of insurance money. Hot water came and went, on some days I had to shower with lukewarm water. I expect this is a neighbourhood problem that only the municipality can fix, however it did take away from the comfort of the place.

Excellent seaside location. It is located near motorway exit, so it is easily accessible by car. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, including a large hypermarket. It is a family friendly place, with a playground right outside the flat.

Our balcony was a good size, it overlooked the sea front facing East. we watched several sunrises. And the sandy beach was 100 Feet in front of us, just as advertised, The beach was cleaned by machine every other day.

The location was a bit farther out from the center of the city than we expected.

The staff was great, and the check-in process was easy. The location right on the beach was awesome. We loved the apartment with lots of room for the four of us plus two dogs.

It would have been great if there was any beach equipment (umbrellas, chairs, ...) The garage parking space is really tight.

The location is great and the staff was the best, super friendly. There is a nearby supermarket and plenty of great restaurants.

The drainage was a bit of a problem in one of the bathrooms (which were on the smaller side, with water spilling out from the shower area). The stairs of the duplex might be a little tricky to navigate if you have seniors or small children in the group. There are just a couple of buses which take you to the main town - but if you don’t mind the wait for public transport or have your own car, this place a great option!

Loved the sea-facing orientation of the apartment!The duplex structure gave us space to spread out, as there were 7 of us. Apartment was equipped with modern facilities and was clean. The area was safe. There were multiple good options to eat within walking distance of the property.
