We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GermanyThere is no air-condition in the apartment , only a fan. This was no problem for us because we kept the window open but it may be difficult during summer heat.
The Apartment was very spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen including washing machine. It consisted of the bedroom, living room and kitchen. Parking of our car was possible in front of the entrance and we were welcomed by the owner at arrival. Check-in was easy and swift as we had registered online. A lift is available so that we had no difficulties to bring in our luggage. We took breakfast in a nearby bar and many restaurants are in walking distance.

United States of AmericaSeems like they tried to put us in a smaller room to see if we noticed. Once we realized it was the wrong room, he made us quickly switch to another room since the "other people" were on their way. Kinda weird. Also, he charged me for the room upon arrival but had to reverse charges when I pointed out we already pain on Booking.com website...seemed like an honest mistake. No wine opener in room....in the middle of the wine region??!

United KingdomThere's street parking but with a time limit or free public parking at a nearby location. Victor and the team could offer secure parking at a fee, but we found the public parking to be fine in the end. So if you have a posh car etc, you may need to find some secure parking for it.
Perfect location in the centre of Haro. 2nd visit so we knew what to expect but has all the facilities you need in an apartment. Victor was there to meet us and show us the parking (which is close by).

AustraliaThere was no air-conditioning and the fan that was provided was very old and barely pushed out any air. It was a hot week in Haro and we could really have done with a better cooling system. The kitchen was sparsely equipped - limited utensils and items for cooking a full meal. We also discovered a problem with the plumbing when we went to use the washing machine and also when using the shower and kitchen sink. However, once we had reported this to Victor he ensured that it was fixed on the same day. There was no compensation / bottle of wine or "thank you" for the fact that we had stayed in the apartment most of the day to let plumber and tradesman in and out for several hours.
This is a spacious apartment in a street right in the heart of Haro old Town. Victor was very helpful, meeting us as a designated time to walk us through the checkin process and familiarise us with the apartment. There was a kettle and toaster.

The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped - we had everything we needed. The host was very friendly and the check-in was quick and uncomplicated. He also gave us a map and good tips on where to find a nice meal and good wine. We would definitely stay here again!
