Slightly worn surfaces (e.g. doors etc. in the bathroom). We also thought the apartment has a terracce, but there was just tiny balconies.

Nothing. Just be prepared for 3 flights of stairs. Not an issue for us at all.

Superb standard and plenty of room for the 7 of us staying. Very up to date kitchen and bathrooms. Generous hosts left us with plenty of goodies (beer, coffee, chocolate and kitchen supplies). Highly recommend your Barcelona stay if you are looking for a high quality standard of accommodation.

The location isn’t very good, no nearby shops that we needed. the apartment is above a night bar. Loud dogs barking at night.

The apartment was big, clean, and comfortable. The view is nice.

What made me concerned for a moment was the external link I had to use to complete the payment for the apartment. Unusual for me therefore, suspicious at first. Link is being send to your email address, can be easily overlooked which can influence your booking. Keep eye on it :-)

We didn't enjoy how the floors were really dirty. They were sticky and dark brown when we first arrived. My husband spent an hour cleaning and wiping everything down.

The instructions to obtain the keys were clear - though we had to email twice and call internationally to have the instructions sent to us. The door code was correct, but someone had double locked the front door and we couldn't get in. Luckily we were able to reach the reception on the emergency number, and they got back to us as soon as they could to help us out. The apartment was well equipped with everything we need. There was enough room for all of us, as my husband and I were on a business trip + working, with our young kids. I loved how the apartment was in a central location, but away from the business of La Rambla. Will definitely be coming back again!

A little noisy in the early hours of the morning

Only minor negative was the location of the fridge in the kitchen.. the doors clashed so was a bit awkward. Otherwise everything was spot on!

The apartment was so spacious! The lounge room was fabulous with 2 comfortable couches and the outlook to the trees was great. It was nice to have a balcony to sit on to get some fresh air. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. Really comfortable beds and pillows. A/C worked well. Loved the decor. Was a bonus having a washer, dryer and clothes rack. The location was excellent with a coffee shop below and restaurants and supermarkets close by. Neighborhood was perfect, walking distance to most attractions but also quiet at night. The staff were all super helpful as well. We dealt with Joanna and Ramon.

Some of the fixtures and fittings are a little dated and tired. Could benefit from some renovation - e.g. some doors didn't open/close smoothly. The piano (this is a small issue) in the apartment needs tuning.

Nice personal service. A rep met us and explained the features of the property. Good spacious apartment in the middle of Barcelona. Easy to access the centre of the city. Excellent little cafe just next door.

The floor creeks when we walk. Would have loved to have oil as a basic amenity.

Clean and walkable to main attractions. The staff was courteous and nice.

The only issue, which is very minor, is that there is no luggage storage for the day of checkout. Our flight was not until 9pm so it was inconvenient not to be able to leave our bags. That said, the staff were very helpful and allowed us a late check out until 2pm.

It was my fault to leave the key inside the room, but it was difficult to contact the office(I call the number they informed me, but they can not find location of my apartment promptly even I gave my name and reservation number) and charged 50€ in cash.

That stupid cabinet in the living room i tripped on more than once. I think the furniture is starting to look very worn in the entire apt.

I think the art work is silly. Empty picture frames and a Parisian theme? The beds were very comfortable.

The security deposit was a bit much and I had to follow up a couple of times for my refund.

The apartment was super cute! Extremely spacious. I booked 2 apartments with BCN Apartments 41. The check-in was seamless. The location isn't too bad either, however a fair bit of walk from Plaza Da Catalunya. But I guess that's Europe in general! We had warm water throughout our stay. Lift was working which was super convenient as when we were scanning properties, many apartments didn't have a lift at all. Overall, extremely happy and would definitely recommend this property. We had no major issues as such!

I wish both bigger rooms had a bathroom or that a queen was near the smaller bath. Bathroom situation was mildly awkward for my family of 6 but it was all spacious and we made do just fine.

Beautiful apartment that feels like old world Barcelona. Spacious rooms and updated bathrooms. Decorated very nicely with modern amenities. I could live here!

The photographs can be deceiving, and to ensure you get exactly what guests desire, it is important to sell each unit separately. Unfortunately, in this case, despite expecting a patio with a view for enjoying wine and witnessing both sunrise and sunset, we were disappointed to find small balconies with limited views that we could barely walk out on to. Furthermore, the bathrooms were great, but the rest of the furniture was tired.
