The location of reception is the thing I like the least, it was not in walkable distance from the apartment (10 minutes by car) and it’s not convenient if you have lots of luggage or if you’re in a hurry of time. However the receptionist were really nice and helpful. The sofa bed was pretty soft and should be replaced, nevertheless it’s just a sofa bed and I slept well because of all day of walking.

The apartment is so beautiful, spacious and super clean! And also it’s quiet at night, I didn’t hear any noise from outside. The location is also great, in the city center surrounded by plenty of restaurants.

1) Apartment is located not at Metro Universidad, but 1 more station from city center plus 7 minutes walk - Metro Urgel 2) Necessity to pick up keys at another address (at the office), far from apartment 3) no decoration in apartment and patio (pictures, small figures, flowers), no individuality, apartment and patio look very dull, patio looks like a prison yard 4) kettle and safe broken 4) no accessories in bathrooms for soap, tooth brush etc

The WiFi connection was very weak and at times could not even load Google Maps.

The location of picking up keys. Felt far.wifi in the room was no good. Keeping cutting off. You should have some one or receptiin staff at the apartment and facility to keep luggage after check out.

Please delete all russian channels. Please put salt, sugar, tea, coffee to apartment. Would all so be nice to have soup in apparent, and basic shows gel, laundry detergent. The apartment is really nice and clean, but there is no basic things, you have to buy all just for 1-3 days if you saying.

Loved the balcony looking into the centre of one of Barcelona's housing squares. A quiet location. Good facilities.

Two things to highlight: 1- We have been told that there were free scooters available at the property but it was not there which was very disapointing and misleading 2- There was no iron available in the apartment

Property was close to the center with lot of option to chill near the place. The metro and bus station was at walking distance.

Check-in is 25 min walk from the apartment and you must make a 200€ deposit and sign a contract (the terms of which are only advised when you're checking-in)

You have to collect your keys from a central reception desk about 25 minutes away. very annoying once you arrive. staff were quite rude when I rang them and asked. booking.com should have made that more clear. The address to collect the keys is in the booking description but I would have loved a message saying “please be aware that the place to collect your keys is nowhere near the apartment”. luckily once you get over the initial frustration the apartment is 10/10

It is a bit annoying that you have to pick the keys up from a reception desk at a different location, especially if you are flying in late. I would've liked for the apartment to have more amenities such as tea and coffee or more hand soap. There was a washing machine but no powder/detergent to use it. It often meant that you had to buy products that you wouldn't end up finishing and could potentially end up going to waste.

The apartment was in a great location. Close to Urgell metro L1 line and also about a 15-20 minute walk to La Rambla but also a bit out of the way of the tourist hustle and bustle. The apartment was spacious and we had a nice view.
