We didn't realise that the location for collecting the keys was quiet a distance from the accommodation and we had a 2, 3 and 3yo and an 81 and 83 year old with us so it was difficult enough with all the bags arriving in late without having to go out of our way to get there. If we knew, we would not have booked it

The nice to have facilities were missing. No shower gel, soap or shampoo. The bath towels were small and basic.

The apartment is situated away from traffic so it is very peaceful making sleeping stress free. The bedding was good quality and the beds comfortable. The apartment was cozy.

Some of the decor was a little bit worn and The lamp in the sitting room didn't work.

Front door was quite problematic to activate opening for entry. We had to text the main office where we picked up the keys, which is inconvenient for travellers. No tea towels or at least a roll of paper towels in kitchen.

Beautiful location. Walkability score high. Safe neighborhood. Lots of cafes and eateries nearby. Nice big apartment with comfortable beds. The second bedroom is a bit smaller but has 2 single beds that meet our needs. 2 separate bathrooms, kitchen and washing machine. Supplies are adequately stocked for our needs. We had arrived early to pick up keys at the office. So they stored our luggage until the apartment was cleaned and ready. They called a taxi for our journey there. A lovely stay.

The location is 350 m from Metro but very noisy area. Couldnt sleep well due to people yelling near the apartment. Washing machine was not in fully working order, also wifi was very weak . The key to garage door was not working and we had to wait for about 1 hour to be able to park the car. The spotted sofa needs to be thoroughly cleaned and hairdryer needs to be updated. The bathroom stall cannot be closed properly.

The room size is just right for opening 2 big luggage. Nice and quiet location and able to sit on the bench across the apartment just looking at passerby.

The entry door was very hard to open and close. Need to push very hard. Even the staff struggled with it as they left the door unclosed after they brought something to us, and we could enter without using the key. Fortunately, nobody else saw it and we had all our belongings ok. Windows to the outside are not well soundproof. We could easily hear people and bin trucks.

Great location. Easy to commute to most places by foot or metro. Comfortable. Sound-proof between apartments (or maybe we did not have neighbours)

We picked up the keys another adress from a reception. I have never seen like this application in the world. It was very nonsense. Came from another country and tired, than searched another adress. The taxi waited us outside and we make check in inside. Than went to flat to another adress. So the taxi driver give money more from us.

Location was great. The house was clean and relax. Full equipment in kitchen. Very lovely and quite area.

Appartement smelled cigarette Having to pick up the apartment keys at a different location carrying our luggage between hotels. Apartment is definitely due for maintenance.

Overall pretty good although the key pickup rigmarole is annoying. Electric jug didn’t work so we had to boil water on the stove.

Location was excellent. We were within walking distance to most attractions. Plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity. The apartment was tidy and clean.

Great value for your money, location was excellent, the apartment had pretty much everything you need, and it also had a view. The only issue was the shower leaking a bit, other than that everything was just great! I’d definitely will go back!

The fact that the reception is not in the same building is an inconvenience. The night we arrived the second door of the building was broken so we could not open it nor use the intercom, and it would have been helpful to have help onsite. However, the location where the reception is based at is very convenient if you arrive by train to Sants Train Station. And also the staff were very helpful and answered my messages really quickly, although the second door inside the building and the intercom remained broken, they had ensured to leave the door open - but anybody could have closed it and the problem would have persisted. Also the hairdryer didn't work and we only got 2 toilet rolls for 5 people for the whole of the stay. And the one thing I thought was very odd was the fact that the apartment didn't have a toaster.

Great location, at walking distance to Passeig de Gracia and Las Ramblas. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. Comfortable beds, and basic but nice decoration. The floor was in need of some care, due probably to some leakage from the bathroom, but all in all it was very nice. They left available 1 dishwasher tablet per day, and they had some teeth cleaning free packs and soap bars, as well as gel/shampoo, which was a nice touch more expected from a hotel than from an apartment.

The only issue was that there is no luggage holding facility and we had to take our suitcases to another location on checkout date as our flight was in the evening.

The rooms were very clean. Breakfast venues are located very near. Close to metro stations.
