We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustriaThe swimming pool on the terrace wasn't completely full because of that every morning or better to say every midnight for changing the water it made a bad noise. It was really nerving. I mean when the hole which the water should go through is not covered with the water, when it sucks the water it makes sounds I will attach the photo. Because the water couldn't go through the hole, of course on the third day the water was really dirty and wasn't filtered. As for suggestions, a toilet brush was necessary, I know everyday we had room service but still a toilet brush wouldn't be bad. We had all the needed packages like toothbrush, ear swabs..., just lotion was missing.
Location, Abanic Restaurant next to the hotel has the most delicious food in the whole Barcelona, room was clean, lift was fast, you could find anything that you needed as a one time usage pack, like a comb, toothbrush, shower hat, shaving pack...the staff were all so friendly and supportive, the bed on the terrace was a great idea.

BelgiumI met it first time when the receptionist asked me an additional fee for the early release of the room. I was before the start of the hotel day (it's true) which starts from 14:00 even though the room was ready (I was about two hours earlier). It often doesn't happen that I am early, but it was the first time for me. I didn't use it, I chose leaving the luggage in the hotel storage - it's a plus without fees. Generally all was good, nice place no problems .

AustraliaA window with a view would be amazing but absolutely not a deal breaker. We still had a window with natural light coming in and all the positives outweigh this tiny little "want". Everything we needed was there.
The location was amazing, so close to great eateries and didn't feel too busy or too isolated. It was walking distance to some of the hop on hop off bus points and after exploring the rest of Barcelona we definitely felt like we were in the best spot. Staff were legends, super helpful and always so friendly. Facilities were brilliant. Well and truly worth booking

United Arab Emiratesthe nearest Metro which is not that useful when it comes to directing you to good places in Barcelona or wherever you go. They don't replenish bottles of water - free bottle of water will only be on your first day.
the warmth of the people in the reception - they are all very accommodating. spacious room, they even gave us room for 3 pax. They clean the room everyday. Breakfast was good, just as what expected.

PortugalThe mattresses are incredibly soft, I have never seen anything quite like this. They are super high but they completely collapse under your weight. I’m not picky with mattresses but these were just too much. My husband has back problems and this is where Javier came in to try and find a possible solution.
The best about this hotel was definitely the staff - Javier was super nice and tried to accommodate our requests - and the location: quiet yet central
