I really liked everything about the place. It was great.

Room was really great. Spacious, comfortable, everything one could need. Classic kind of ski town place. Clean as could be too. I could have stayed there for multiple nights very very happily. Very convenient, awesome location in town, close to great food, etc. And speaking of food.... WOW to the breakfast!! Best I've had in Spain over weeks. Everything was beautiful and delicious. That's kind of why I chose the place, based on the breakfast reviews, and it did not disappoint. And our host made killer coffee. She was super sweet and genuinely friendly. Great value for the room too. Wowed on all fronts.

The room was very comfortable and spacious, the staff was very attentive, 5 star treatment. breakfast great and good coffee. The location could not be better to be honest, right in the middle of Vielha. the sound isolation of the room was fantastic, no noise. loved all of it.

Shower leaked, as staff did not speak english, communication at times was difficult but not insurmountable.

Comfortable room, free secure parking, great choice at breakfast (although no cooked element), easy access to town and places to eat at night, friendly staff, lovely location.

Breakfast could have been more versatile, if you are staying more than a day. Bathtube had a remote for jacuzzi, but it didn't work. Would have benefitted also from a sign "do not disturb" for letting know the staff we had a siesta-time.

Friendly staff. Very good location. Clean and big rooms (loved that we had bedroom and a livingroom, so we could leave the baby sleeping in his own room). Okay breakfast, but perfect coffee.

We’ve been coming to Vielha for many years and this is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed. It’s at the heart of Vielha, 6 min walk to the main car park area and at the doorstep of the Vielha nightlife scene all the while being very quiet too. It was also super clean and comfortable with a great breakfast too, so we look forward to staying here again when we’re in Vielha again.

Everything was spectacular. What we liked the most was the staff. They were super nice and friendly, they asked us several times if everything is ok, if we need something to be changed. They also suggested activities to do and places to visit. We arrived at the end of the check-in period and they waited for us to arrived. The hotel is in the center of Vielha and there are near public parking places. The beds were very comfortable, we had double beds, but we were able to put them together. The room and the bathroom were spacious, very clean and warm. We had everything we needed. We had a good variety of food for breakfast.
