Paid extra for premium room but was very small, oversized unnecessary sofa and coffee table made it even more cramped . Bathroom / toilet had absolutely no privacy , with see through glass doors on both . Expensive for what it was

Through no fault of the hotel, The room that we paid for ( with a balcony) was not the room we got. This was the fault of booking.com. This was resolved by the staff of the hotel for the second night.

I didn’t like the bathroom door. It is frosted glass and there is a gap all around. This was idea from a privacy point of view when travelling with a friend

We didn’t like that the facilities that were listed in the description-such as kettle-was never found in the room, and when we asked for it at the reception, they told that they don’t have them in the hotel. Also, because our room was without a view, we didn’t have a fresh air inside and it was very hard to fell asleep. We should also mention that we didn’t know that the room will be facing the walls, which felt very claustrophobic. Overall, I wouldn’t say that we felt the 4* hospitality, it was a solid 3*

The location is excellent, the hotel is in the center. The rooms are clean, the bed was comfortable. I didn't like that there was no kettle, no tea, no coffee in the room, which is always the case in 4-star hotels. The mini bar is empty, so I don't understand why there is even a minibar in the room if it is empty. There is carpet all over the floors of the hotel, even in the elevators, but there is none in the rooms! there is a laminate in the room, which I still don't understand. Overall, the location is excellent, the room is clean, but for 4 stars, the room must have more equipments.

Only by personal preference, I would prefer a bathroom more independent from the bedroom, but very clean and comfortable nevertheless.

Great location close to the North Train Station, metro and town centre. Fabulous staff, very helpful guy who checked us in and the young guy in the bar was extremely kind.

The bathroom and the shower was separately and the sink again separately but in the room, it was very uncomfortable to be there with a friend as the doors are also transparent. We also booked a two beds rooms and it was a single bed, they told us the one we booked is not available.

No kettle and microwave inside room, water from the shower may get on the floor, poor sound insulation, not sure that the ventilation on the ceiling was properly cleaned of dust.

Early check in ( was very important for me), friendly and responsive staff, everything is good enough.

Dinner at the hotel is not cheap and not as good. I stayed in for dinner because Valencia was packed this week with visitors because of two Public holidays in the same week.

Well located for most places in walking distance in the historical district. and good value for money as most accommodation in Valencia is over priced compared with other European cities. My initial room overlooking an inner courtyard was very dark and made me feel claustrophobic. I asked for a change and was given an alternative room that faced a school playground to the back of the building which was very quiet and comfortable. Room was well insulated against noise. Room also had blackout curtains which allowed one to have a lie in and not be woken up by the sun. Staff were professional and ready to help. Breakfast spread was very good and varied with mixture of cooked and cold dishes.

To the street very noisy even at night. Design of the room with sink in the room and also shower and toilet directly connected to the room is not everyone's cup of tea.

Super location, both for getting from the airport by metro, and for exploring the old town. Very friendly and competent staff, nice outdoor terrace. Clean, comfortable bed, coffee machine, water, Very good condition of the room, modern design, very large shower.

The layout of the bathroom in the room. Especially the lack of privacy of the shower because the door is transparent (not ideal for families). Also I found the breakfast extremely expensive, I understand that they want to encourage guests to book their rooms with breakfast included but it was an extremely expensive punishment. Other than that, great hotel
