There was a very unpleasant smell in the room after having the air conditioning on, a mix of rot and bleach

1 big problem: most of the times hot water is not available. The AC is only activated by the staff, not by customers. Bathroom can be cleaner. The WIFI is bad from my room.

The location was excellent, the staff was very helpful. The kitchen is an outdoor area where we could have breakfast.

Could get a bit loud in the patio till quite late, no hot water (unless I didn't understand how the shower knob worked) but not a major issue.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location. The presence of a patio and bar was great. Free breakfast was also very nice (but basic).

Our 8 bed dorm was tiny, there was not enough room for 8 peoples lugagge. Also, we were put in a dorm with some of the volunteers and the room was quite messy with a lot of stuff everywhere, like that it felt even more cramped.

There’s a tree with some fruits (similar to small coconuts) which can be extremely dangerous when falling. It happened 5 times in one evening.

The place could be cleaner, but I imagine it's hard to keep a busy hostel clean at all times

The free breakfast is a nice bonus. The location is very handy for touristy things and restaurants/bars. The dorm was quite warm, even though it was December, but there are personal fans and lights for each bunk bed, which is great

Breakfast is exactly the same every day which gets a bit repetitive but included in the price so can’t complain! The beds are really uncomfortable, thin mattresses

Breakfast was simple, but acceptable for that money. Coffee was THE BEST I HAD All holiday long !!!!! The location was SÓ beautifully, stylish and nicely built, set up with a great Colombian-ish (at least Latin-American) ambiance. Great location also. Everything was easily reached by foot !

The outdoor floors where a bit dirty. But you might just feel it when you go barefood like me.

It's a place that surrounds good people around the world. The pool is super for chilling.

Bad communication. We had to leave super early and no one told us about the backdoor we should use when early check-out. We were lucky that someone must have heard us and came out of the room and told us where we can find the backdoor. We only stayed one night and weren‘t familiar with the floorplan of the hostel and weren‘t able to find a door that leads outside. The common area is supposed to be a smoking free zone (signs say so) but people were smoking there, next to staff, so apparently they didn‘t care. There was a big dog in the hostel. I can‘t remember if it was written somewhere that there‘s a dog but might be important for some peopel to know that before booking.

Great location, bar and small pool (didn‘t use it though), cosy common area, friendly staff.

Toilets were really smelly and dirty.

Free breakfast, where you can get pancakes, fruits, bread, eggs and oats! Great. Also the volunteers, Chris and Oscar were great! Really friendly and helpful. Hot showers!

Rooms are too warm to have a nice sleep and for breakfast the same food everyday!

The location is really good and the place is the nicest hostel in the capital.
