To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It's in the center of the city. excellent location and you may walk to the city hall square and see the statue of Andersen or go to Tivoli and attend a free concert at Friday night. very convenient if you want to take metro, train or bus. You may see firework as well :)

United KingdomLocated directly opposite the train track, it didn't disturb me but some may not like it. There was only 1 sachet of hot chocolate in our room, when I asked cleaning staff for more tea bags/sugar etc it was like asking for gold. She gave me one only, I had to ask for another, then again for sugar, and again for whitener. All handed out one by one - I had booked a double room, so would expect more than one of things. It felt very stingey/cheap.
Efficient and friendly check in, helpful information provided about getting around, really good choice at breakfast. Within walking distance of most places we wanted to visit

United KingdomDidn’t really have any issues but I think some people would have an issue with the noise from the train station at Vesterport that is over the road! Also the room may be small for some! I was happy enough though.
Location couldn’t have been in a better position! Breakfast was good for what we paid and I thought my staff was value for money! Nothing fancy but did the job!

United KingdomReally for the money there was nothing to dislike, as I've said above what's not to like.
\we arrived and were checked in by Kristoffer who was very efficient and helpful, got the room sorted and went out for a wander. The breakfast was standard , eggs , bacon, and the usual , tea toast and orange juice. Completely adequate, nothing to complain about. The cleanliness was of a good standard , comfortable lounge. Location good, 5 minute walk to the station and tivoli gardens, and other places of interest. Good transport facilities.

United KingdomThe only problem for me was that the mattress was a little soft I would have liked a firmer more comfortable mattress. It would also be nice to have the bar running a little into the evening in case we wanted a drink at the end of the day.
The reception staff were impeccable. Both Gonçalo and Kristoffer were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Upon arrival we were shown the map of Copenhagen and guided to all the places that were pleasant to visit. When I had a problem with the hot water it was sorted within minutes. Even though the bar was closed in the evening it was still possible to get a latte at the end of the night . Overall a really nice place to stay at if you are looking for a budget hotel to stay at

United States of AmericaI am OCD when it comes to cleanliness, so take what I say with a grain of salt. I didn't like the shower curtain, it puddled in the tub. It should have been a little shorter so that it didn't get shower scum on the bottom. The tile grout needed to be detailed Anyone walking in the bathroom would have notice that it was clean and well organize. I notice little things that occur with property over a period of time due to wear and tear. I happened to be obsessively clean.
The Staff was amazing... friendly and extremely helpful about where to eat and sites to see. Kristopher and the Portuguese guy (sorry, never got his name) both were incredibly warm and gracious. The room was nice with a wonderful view. It was clean, well organize and functional.
