Old kitchen, all felt like everything around old and dirty. We was afraid to use shower and towels because of terrible furniture arrangement, old curtains, dirty blankets and pillows. Completely different as it seemed in pictures and as we expected- light apartment with simple, but clean kitchen etc.furniture.

Helpful staff - we could leave our luggage before check in. Good location (if destination is Zoo)

The level of cleaning of the apartment could be better. Our socks got very dirty after walking on the floor. My hat, which was placed on the bookshelf on the right, turned gray from the dust. During our check in both floor lamps were mechanically damaged. I fixed the orange one. There was also a lot of dust on the floor lamps. No Wi Fi. There is no extractor over the stove.

The apartments are close to the Berlin Zoo. The apartments provide free parking. Good tele-communication in English is possible with the lessor of the apartment. The kitchen area is very well appointed and equipped. Lots of high quality dishes.

The beds were not too comfy - one of the matresses was too hard. On the bathroom door were was a metal hook for the towels, but it was not fixed and it fell on one of us face and hurt the nose.

The pictures uploaded are definitely not for this apartment. We got placed in a totally different looking apartment, it was not what we booked. Furnitures are old, also the lamp next to the bed did not have light bulbs. When sleeping I woke up several times because of the close public transport & thin walls. Also as mentioned in other reviews, no wifi, be prepared to use mobile data.

Few minutes walk to public transport, nice location, clean apartment, fast communication with the owner.

The appartment is definitely older and everything should get repainted to get a fresh look again. It's only one room, making it hard to have different bed times for kids and adults. The ventilation in the bathroom was poor.

The location is great, very close to S-station. Great to see all trees from the appartment. The beds are comfortable.

There was a situation where the cleaning lady came in and did not say anything not even introduce herself, we didn't even see her face she just closed the door and ran away. We did not know who had unlocked and entered the apartment until we contacted the host. There is no wifi, yes it is not stated as a facility yet it is a time in the world where this should be a norm. Lastly, the towels were super small. They are practically hand towels.

The host was very friendly and accommodating. We were allowed to check in earlier due to the fact that the apartment was empty.

There is no Wi-Fi and Internet access in the apartment which is really a pity.

Apartment is really well located: near the Tiergarten Park in a quite peaceful neighborhood. There is a Burger King near by and also other shops where you can buy a food. Relocation to and from the apartment is really good - it is located around 30 minutes from the city center. It is a perfect place for short staying: 1-2 nights. Contact with apartment owner is very clear and very good.

The place wasn't the same as in pictures, but I knew it, that they have more than one apartment, just differs designs and color, but anyway I hoped to have this one in pictures, but not, it wasn't it. Towels could be bigger.

Apartment was clean, had everything what was necessary for 2 days stay. Beds were comfortable, I don't remember when I slept so well as in the first night there. Kitchen worked, found all things what needed. Owner was kind, he couldn't meet as, but he sent one man, who gave keys to us.

Nothing they could do about but the entrance door and lift door are very heavy and my mum would have struggled by herself. The kettle leaks a lot when pouring but hey ho.

Super location just 3 min from the S-Bahn. Very quiet but a local supermarket just 10 min walk away. Super hot water in the shower and the room was cosy warm when we arrived. The lift was a plus as my mum isn't so good with stairs anymore.

The bathroom was a little cramped and with 4 people the apartment was quite full. WiFi would have been nice (but we knew that wasn't any, so we were prepared). The light switches were confusing at first, since they control some of the outlets.

The apartment is located in the heart of Berlin, with a nice view on the Tiergarten park and the Siegessäule. The pictures and description were accurate and up-to-date. The host and the person that gave us the keys were very nice and forthcoming.

When we coming, the Shower was brake, and nobody inform us before we arrive. It wasn't good surprise.

The location was amazing and was large with loads of facilities. Wolfgang was a fantastic host and very accommodating.

There is no WiFi, but that was not a problem for us, as we made do with phone data. Still, one would expect at least a basic connection being provided in this day and age.

The location was superb, and it was very cheap, which was a deciding factor for struggling students. Parking was on a private parking spot, there was lots of room. There was a basic kitchen, which was more than enough.
