Spacious and very clean room. And very nice view on the river. Location is great. The expectations from the breakfast were low, but we were happily surprised by the choice and quality of food. Despite a coffie which could be better :)

Receptionists very welcoming and courteous. On arrival the receptionist immediately assisted with finding a parking slot. Coffee and tea facilities in room. My parents got a room upgrade. Very convenient location close to shops and restaurants. Easy access by car from motorway.

The front stairs leading to the lobby are inconvenient with heavy luggage.

The location was close to the Alt Stadt and to Bismarck Plaza, where it was easy to catch either a bus or tram to other destinations. The breakfast buffet was large, with a wide selection, and we were able to get specially prepared eggs each morning upon request. The front desk staff were all very friendly, professional, and helpful. When we checked in and out, the person on duty helped us carry our luggage up and down the stairs in the lobby. We asked for restaurant recommendations and were provided with a city map that included a few restaurants the hotel staff personally recommended.

I don’t believe they had a gym but I may have just missed it.

The staff was most exceptional. We wanted to watch NFL games and the woman working the front desk did everything she could to help us. The breakfast had great variety and the coffee was delicious. We struggled with turning on the AC but once we figured it out, it was nice and cold.

What an amazing Agritourismo. Beautiful property and stunning location and we were met with a warm welcome from Alessandro, his wife and their son Lorenzo who spoke perfect English. Room was lovely, very relaxing and we had the most amazing vegetarian meal and wine (we aren't vegetarian but it was one of the nicest meals we had on our 3 weeks touring Europe). Thank you!

I booked the last available room for the weekend I was there (4 nights), which was a single. My only complaints were #1. there was no mini fridge in the room, despite it being listed that there would be one #2. (I'm being very picky here!) the room was not as dark as I need it for sleeping! There was no rolladen, and the curtains - although quite heavy - had a gap at each side which allowed incoming light. I couldn't believe how bright it was the first night and looked outside the window to see an ATM (Geldautomat) next door which had a VERY brightly lit sign - which only comes on at night! After two nights of this, with unsuccessful attempts to adjust the curtains, I was able to buy a sleeping mask which helped a lot. I did not have this issue when I stayed here the first time - which I think was a double room.

This was my second stay at Panorama, so I already knew what to expect. Great location, very good breakfast, comfortable room and wonderful shower. I appreciated the coffee machine in the room, so I could have an early morning coffee!
