You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe bed was a bit stiff for my liking and the pillows weren't the best, but that's all personal preference. The room also ran a little bit hot. Would have had to turn on the AC to be comfortable at night.
Good breakfast selection every day. The room was very clean and comfortably sized with a beautiful view of the Neckar and the hills. Staff were very friendly and helpful with requests.

LithuaniaHowever, there are several drawbacks: there's a persistent toxic smell in the area separating the first-floor rooms from the foyer, which did not dissipate throughout the week; the toilet flush worked very poorly, with staff promising to fix it but no action taken and no alternative room offered, forcing me to devise my own flushing methods:))) For the room cleaning the maid may enter the room to clean even if you are inside, unbothered by the possibility of you being in the shower and not hearing someone else in the room, which could lead to potentially embarrassing situations.
The breakfast options are varied, including the possibility to order a hot omelet. The location is excellent, both for its panoramic views and logistical convenience. The staff appear friendly.

The staff were amazing. We arrived at 11am for a 3pm check-in. We had our room within 10 minutes of arrival. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely with beautiful views of the river and old town. The breakfast was incredible.

superb location - close to everything and very easy to get too. Parking was secure and very reasonably priced. Rooms were quiet and the HUGE windows all opened - one of the things I love about Europe. The gentleman from TN who checked u s in was fantastic and provided a lot of great recommendations.
