We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The hotel was very clean and very well maintained by the staff. The Staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful and and Customer focused. I had Dinner in the Restaurant and it was first class, as was breakfast.

BelgiumParking was conveniently located but expensive. Coming back at night from the theatre there was a long queue at the vending machine, fighting for the last pretzels. We would have liked to have the chance to order a sandwich, salad or any decent snack.
We spent two nights to attend a theatre festival and brought along our dog. Location was great for theatre, restaurants and sightseeing and very convenient for dog owners as there was an adjacent park. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Breakfast buffet had good variety.

United KingdomThe single-bed sized duvet was too short for me. The bedside lamp didn't give enough light to read a book comfortably. There were no non-German channels available on the TV.
I particularly liked the balcony and the comfortable armchairs with footstool in the room. Also the apple etc when I didn't need the room to be cleaned. The bathroom was excellent, especially the shower and the large bathtowels. Great breakfast and plenty of coffee. The location was just right as I was attending an event in the Kurhaus theatre.

GermanyBreakfast was nice but too expensive (go across the road to the bakery), no free parking (subsidised at 15€ per 24 hours), 10€ per hour early check in fee is ridiculous. No coffee making facilities unless you book a suite.
Very clean, spacious room with good blackout curtains. Excellent shower, decent enough hairdryer for hotel standards, good sized towels. Plenty of coat hangers and storage. Free luggage storage when checking out if you want to stay in town for a while. Good WiFi. Mini fridge in room. Ironing facilities on the 4th floor. Didn't use the aircon or leisure facilities so no rating for those.
