Nothing. You could park in their garage but was tight so would recommend small car. We fit our Kia SUV in there.

Apartment was spacious and immaculate. Everything was new and large, especially for European hotels. Our host, Layla, was gracious and extremely helpful. She whipped up a great breakfast and gave us hot tips for our stay in Cochem.

We liked everything!

Fabulous location close to town 10 minute walk. Away from noise and crowds. Lela was so kind and accommodating. Let us check out late to enjoy the wonderful private balcony with beautiful view of the Mosele River and the Cochem castle. The place is spacious and new. Very clean. Breakfast was delicious. You should definitely stay here!

Owners were very friendly but only present during breakfast, which made it somewhat hard to get in touch sometimes if we wanted to ask something.

Very beautiful, new and modern building. Super spacious, clean and delightfully decorated. Location is very close (walking distance) to Cochem city center, yet away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist area, which was very nice. Breakfast was wonderful and fresh. Closed garage available at 10,- euro per night, great for cars but requires some dexterity when you're on a motorcycle (since it's on a hillside slope).

A wonderful apartment with a good view on the castle and Mosel river. Everything was just perfect and as a bonus you get a bathtub in the bedroom. You have also a possibility to rent bikes in the hotel directly, just ask the lovely staff about it. Breakfast offers a lot of variety for such a small complex, everything fresh and very tasty.

Leyla (Lela) was a fantastic host. She was friendly, helpful, always cheerful. She provided a great breakfast every day (extra, but reasonable). The views of the river activity from Apt #4 were fabulous and balcony views of Cochem Castle were lovely. The apartment was spotless. We appreciated the elevator. The visit was made most wonderful by the hostess, Leyla.

We loved the view we could see lots of hills, river, vineyards and the cochem castle from the balcony! We loved the interior design, very clever details that all fit together nicely! We only know a few words of German and the owner was super nice and put in a lot of effort to communicate with us by talking slow, gesturing and using phone translator so we understood everything! The breakfast was phenomenal!

The room + bedrooms altogether seemed a bit hollow. Sounds (like putting a glass on the nightstand) were rather loud due to the hollowness. Maybe some carpets, or something on the ceiling might prevent that. (Not a critic!)

Location was perfect! Lovely view from the room to the city of Cochem. It was exactly what my party needed, 2 seperate bedrooms with comfortable beds. A nice living room setting in the middle where we all can sit and relax.

There are limited parking possibilities. We were there in November, so no problem, but I imagine that this could provide an issue in summer.

Great room with a small kitchen that had everything we needed including towels, soap etc which we forgot to bring. Nice sized bathroom and a great bed. Everything was very clean. The hotel really lies at walking distance from the centre so you can do everything on foot.

I stayed 3 nights with family of 4. Very comfortable and modern apartment. Even better then on pictures. Perfectly clean. Location is great, close to city center but still quiet. We liked how it is decorated, perfectly comfortable beds, floor heating giving pleasant room temperature, dishwasher, everything new and clean. Garage parking is helpful but a little bit expensive, 8euro per day. There is also free parking at the street, just can be a challenge to find a free spot. We were just missing coffee machine like for example nespresso.

Great apartment, very friendly people! Made us feel at home 😀 also had dinner at there restaurant in Beilstein. Great food and even better time!! Highly recommended

While the property was nice and our host Julia was very sweet- she didn’t speak any English and was not originally present when we said we would checkin at 3pm. We called and waited about 20 minutes to get into the locked hotel. Additionally We requested parking but it was never mentioned. The first day it wasn’t an issue, but the second day we had to pay for parking up the street and again due to the language barrier we overpaid at the parking lot. Overall the place is gorgeous and Julia was very nice and was very gracious making us breakfast, but for not having any info in English (directions, recommendations, parking info) it was it difficult to realize all the amenities. Additionally since they aren’t around all the time- checkin was not ideal. I think others have experienced easier processes, so maybe this was just a fluke. The bed was still worth this booking and I would still book again- just know that I wasn’t going to be able to communicate.

The apartment was spacious and the bed was so comfy! Loved the unit as a whole.
