To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

New ZealandThe rooms were not fancy but were clean and had tea/coffee. It didn't really feel like a Sheraton (no mini bar etc, not very special). We didn't have the breakfast as it was very expensive. You can actually either go to the bar to get coffee/pastries, or a 1 minute walk into the walkway to the terminal there is a much better value pastry and coffee counter.
a very conveniently located hotel for short stays in Frankfurt when arriving and leaving by plane. The rooms are fine, not fancy, but the beds are very comfortable and the Sheraton has information for those who need to get into Frankfurt city. Also on site restaurants and all hotel facilities. Thanks to the Sheraton for the emailed instructions on finding the hotel from terminal 1 as otherwise it may have been rather difficult.

He was very quick at it and it was fine, but it's a hassle that I had to go to the desk to ask. It would also be nice if such a modern hotel in an airport would have USB charging ports in the room.

IsraelBathroom is not comfortable. The bath is slippery. The side cover with glass is a bad ides because it covers only half of the bath width and water is flowing outside any way. The simple curtain is much better and safety.

United States of AmericaIt took 40 minutes to walk to the hotel from the baggage claim. There needs to be better signage to direct you to the bridge that crosses over the road to the hotel. It's probably a 10 minute walk if you know where you're going!

Arrived by train. Short walk from train to hotel reception - check-in allowed 3 hours early (no charge) since room was ready. Comfortable clean room & bath, good wifi. Location within easy, short, indoor walkway to Frankfurt Terminal 1 Airport. Time from leaving my hotel room to arriving at my flight's departure gate took 30 minutes including bag check, passport control, & security.
