Neighbourhood is not very safe

Friendly staff, big, comfortable room and kettle with tea and coffee. It was great for a one-night stay close to the main station.

AC not working in room ask to change the room or give an electrical fan said they can't do anything technicien will come remain there for 3 days no one came the room was small and hot when open window too much noise as it was in the centre of the main train station not worth the money l paid

The room was smaller than I expected. Some people woke me up at 6 am screaming something in German in the hall. Some of facilities need renovation asap: iron was damaged, the wall next to the bad was so scrached that I had to move my bed to opposite wall.

The location is good, walking distance to the city centre and train station. Staff was very nice to me. The room was really clean. Good shower, surprisingly very hot water. And I had a nice view from mansard (in the bathroom, in the bedroom I had super small window). Good for a short stay.

Located in not the safest part of town. I would advise staying here alone especially as a woman. Staff was not the nicest. When it was breakfast time we were given a voucher to go eat breakfast at a different hotel around the corner which was a bit strange. Kettle in the room was leaking.

Room was comfy and clean, free water in the fridge, kettle with tea and coffee. Free toiletries, tv.

The neighborhood was very unsafe. Moselstraße direction south is somewhat OK, some people peek at you strangely, but it's not too bad. DO NOT go to Moselstraße direction North unless you want to see the zombie drug addicts, being robbed and petty crime in general. I have never felt so unsafe in any city around the world, and all this worrisome things in a one-minute walking distance from the hotel. If I were at a reception, I'd warn the tourists not to go on the north side of the street.

Cozy and comfy rooms, pleasant staff, the room was clean with all the necessities required.

The there is no shower door, so the whole bathroom floor is wet everytime we shower.

Very good value for money and very strategic location, being very close to train station. I like the free shampoo, coffee, free laundry bags, bed was large and clean.

The area around the train station isn't the greatest.

It was terribly loud outside all night, probably because of location, I couldn’t sleep.

I didn't like the area . It was ok that it is near the central station, but unfortunately it didn't look like safety area, or I felt it like that. The other thing I didn't like very much was that the breakfast was in another hotel - very close to ours, but for me it would be better and more comfortable If I wouldn't need to go out for the breakfast.

I liked the hotel - the room was small, but for my business trip was just fine. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. It had a lot of hangers in the wardrobe, which was very nice and I was very happy. The room was very warm. The breakfast was ok, not the best, but just ok. The housekeeping was cleaning the room every day.

I would call it B&B rather than a hotel Not what you expect from a central hotel in a major European city Neighbourhood is not great One lift only for the whole hotel which was also small and slow Steps every where The bathroom toilet seat was too tiny not suitable for adults!

Booking any hotel close to the train station means more noise due to ambulances and police cars.

I was surprised that a stay in such a cheap hotel was pleasant. The room was tiny, but clean and quiet. The breakfast was served in another hotel next door. The food was fine, with a selection of cold cuts, cheese, fruit, rolls, cereals and eggs.

• The breakfast was extremely poor. • The room had only one single blanket, and we were cold in the evening. As a result, we couldn’t sleep well. • The heating system wasn‘t working at all for the whole evening. That was another reason for us to not sleep well, because in the winter is cold and we need our room to be warm.

The staff was polite. The room was also clean and the location was good as we needed the railway station.
