Location was busy. The room was quiet with the door closed, but rather noisy if the balcony door was open.

Secure storage for our bicycles. Friendly staff. Good location within walking distance to centre, attractions and supermarkets. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. Bathroom was well designed and spacious.

How can the fridge be so loud? Does it merely need maintenance, or can it not be helped? It seemed to me that it was the icy part that was making the noise at night. Otherwise everything would have been perfect.

Great usage of space, many useful amenities in the kitchen, clean, comfortable, well-located, nice extra touches (e. g. an umbrella), very professionally prepared for the guest. I did not hear any street noise.

The smell of the bathroom. Water sometimes escaped the shower and wet the tissue and floors. The pillows always fall through the headboard.

The heating was good and all resources needed for cooking were available. The staff was always available and helpful.

I did not detect air conditioning in our unit. Although we didn't need it in October it would be an issue in summer. No parking available.

Self check in was easy and convenient. Elevator access good for getting your baggage upstairs. Unit was a spacious studio including a large bathroom. Kitchen facility had all the necessities for a short stay. Heat was in the floor. Cozy during our cool October stay. Staff was on site when we needed help. Would recommend these apts for you stay in Worms.

The facilities and location are good and the multi lingual staff excellent. They looked after our bags for early check in / late check out, recommended coffee shops and dining etc and were cheerful.

An easy walk from the train station and on the edge of the old city, this was a good choice for our Worms visit.

We found it challenging that one side of the bed was accessible only from the foot, the light and outlet was available only on one side of the bed.

There are 2 things that would make this studio the perfect holiday apartment: 1. A better bed that doesn't squeak when you get in/out, with a more comfy mattress. 2. A washing machine in the apartment. (We prefer to do our own laundry rather than give to someone else so we didn't do laundry while there).

Overall we liked this tidy little pad just beside the old city area - it's spacious yet cosy with underfloor heating. Great that we could store our touring bicycles securely in a locked basement room, (small lift so we had to stand the bikes on one wheel but that's easier then carrying them down the stairs). Nice little touches with the decor. Kitchenette handy for preparing own meals. Nice and quiet.

No place to park a car and no suggestions as to where to park the car. TV did not work

Good, simple accommodation in a quiet location. Good value. About 10 minutes walk from the Hauptbahnhof, and a few minutes from the Altstadt. Good comms from the staff via WhatsApp, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A paid clothes washing service was available, which was very useful, as I'd been travelling for some time, and it saved me wasting time in a launderette. Supermarket across the road.

Comfortable, light, well structured, stylish accommodation. From umbrella to band aids, to salt and pepper and chocolates everything was available. Comfortable beds, not to forget the friendly and efficient staff. The location is not far from the Judengasse and the historical museum and synagogue and other very interesting places in Worms.

the bed frame was a bit squeaky and the faucet a bit loose - it all worked well, but not perfect. I mentioned that when leaving and I’m pretty sure they fixed it right away.
