The bathroom needs a renovation, it was not very pleasant, bit of mold. No fridge.

The location was great, self check in was easy, although I was surprised bc the reception was closing at 15.

No enough lights… i stayed in first floor and no elevators … I could not manage to work with small led lights… no reception after 9.00 pm till next day 9.00 am. location is not bad for local connections.

We did not have towels in our room and since we have checked in late there was no possibility to get them. We did not get any apologies from the staff when we reported this issue at the morning.

Wlan didnt worked the first 2 days of our stay.

The room was big and we had a fridge, a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The location is well connected, but not in the loud part of the city.

Kitchen wasn't very well equipped. Had basic plates, cups, cutlery only. Could've been a bit cleaner.

We got an upgrade which meant we didnt have to use the sleep couch as we had another room connected to the apartment.

I had a room next to the reception which remained a problem. In the morning the doors between the reception and rooms were opened so I was woken up by the noise from there. Moreover, around 9am when I was still in bed someone from the staff tried to get in and the fact that the doors were locked was enough. I needed to wake up and open the door to make the person realise that I was in, still sleeping (or at least trying!). When I entered the room there were no towels. So I needed to go to reception to ask for them. I was asked what size I need and I said I need one small and one large. I got a surprised question back whether "I do not have any towel myself"? (I am booking a hotel so that I do not need to carry towels! And on the page, they said they provide them). Apart from that staff was friendly, I could check in a bit earlier.

I liked the bathrooms, really nicely done. The location was great as well. Staff was friendly.

We could not figure out how to switch on half of the lamps. And the other half was only partially working. We used the bathtub and couldn't open the flush for water afterwards, cause it got stuck. And overall the shower was not super comfortable. The door to the bathroom has a window... Who and why would do that in the hotel...

Overall the place is nice and the location is very convenient. 15-20 min walking distance from Alexanderplatz. Stuff was friendly and made it possible to do a late check-in. Also, the room was clean with toiletries and a hairdryer available. The bathroom had a big bathtub. Nice curtains, was possible to keep the room completely dark in the night. The hotel was super quiet.
