To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaAround midnight the second night music began playing loudly, I think there is a bar of the building next door. The thumping bass and intermittent voice of the dj were present until 6AM the next morning. Sleep was very hard to come by.
I had no breakfast. The hotel is in the rail station quarter, with which I'm familiar.

United States of AmericaThe bathroom smelled horrible and was not clean. the hotel was in a horrendously sketchy area and there were people outside yelling all night and inside someone was blasting music all night and it was so loud. I had to leave around 4 am to catch and train and was hounded by drug dealers and prostitutes directly outside the door.
