Everything about this property is excellent. Beautiful big appartment with an adjoining fabulous hotel accross the street. The staff at reception were so welcoming on check in and were there to ensure we had everything we needed. Location is excellent and there are loads of amenities right on the door step yet it was so peaceful. The appartment is beautifully decorated and luxurious. Having a daily cleaning service was such a bonus. We will definitely return to Mooo Downtown.

The quite long flight of stairs 20+- red carpeted - going up to the lift was a little bit hard at times especially when arriving with the suitcases - no lift until the top of stairs - first floor. I felt the quality of the towels was a little bit disappointing compared to the luxurious finish of everything else in the apartments, That’s all! 👏

maybe for guest leaving before 8am when cafe opens there could be. coffee making machine in reception as the one pod in room would have been used the day before. The only mirror in the apartment was behind the entrance door in the hallway not a good location as you got hit by the door if anyone entered.

the room was very clean and quite. the location was amazing. we had a fridge and ta and coffee making facilities in the room. one pod a day per person. we also had a bottle of pressecco for our arrival. check in was quick .

There was no drinking water, which would've made it perfect if there was at least one bottle.

This is a very well-maintained property. It has high ceilings and a nice design, and we received a nice gift upon arrival. It seems that the same company maintains the building.

The only thing that bothered is that the apartment needs more light sources, it gets quite dark in the evening.

Super clean and modern, great equipped kitchen with a sitting area, extra blankets. Nice design of the hotel and the apartment. Everything you would need. Got lucky with the room and we got a corner one, which had a good view. Top location. Easily 10/10 experience.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Everything was fantastic: the design, the details, the functionality of the spaces, the appliances, very comfortable beds... We travelled with a 10 month baby. They provided a cot and a high chair for him, and they were very helpful and accommodating. Next door, there is the Mosaic Hotel, part of the group where we had a lovely buffet breakfast every day. The staff was very helpful and super friendly. We will come back here next time.

We were very surprise when checked in Moootown. Everything is very perfect and we had a happy time in Praha, Czech. The apartment is in the central and very easy walk to see the famous places, also near the tram & bus station. The apartment is full faccilities as washing machine, kitchen with washing dishes, fridge, aircondition, fan.... We hope can come back again with our nice memories.

Lounge area needed more comfy seating to accommodate 4 people.

The apartment was in a brilliant location. Lovely building, good quality appliances, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom with very good shower. Whole apartment very clean and well maintained. Hotel staff very friendly.

I was very pleased with everything. If I have to come up with something, there could have been a microwave in our apartment (but we managed to heat up food with a stove so not a big issue).
