The place made me reconsider the way I look for accommodation when I travel. It's great to stay in a place that meets all my basic needs, but at the same time, its location gives me the flexibility to enjoy what I like, or enjoy the services I want to choose. I highly recommend it.

We weren't big fans of the glass bedroom doors as it can be disturbing for someone who goes to bed early with the light from the living room (kids in our case), or someone who doesn't want to be woken up by the morning sun. The wooden construction holding up the upstairs bedroom and stairs was rather squeeky. Again, just a small inconvenience at bed time for us. And lastly, probably as expected with a bedroom under the roof, it was getting quite hot to sleep there some summer nights.

Excellent location! Parking right in front our building. We were able to walk everywhere very easily. The complex has a wonderful cafe with nice artisan bread choices as well as some baked goods. For smaller kids, there is a small playground nearby or an indoor playroom in the cafe. The apartment itself was very clean, spatious and nicely laid out. The staff at the reception desks was very pleasant.

It is an apartment with good quality facilities, I liked everything except the bed, which was more like a sofa-bed I guess, I am not sure. However, we have been there only for 2 nights, it is absolutely fine. The property is on the hill, so prepare yourself for a small hike on the way from the bars by the lake :) Also, it has an amazing terrace, very spacious, like huge I would say.

As a smoker I didn't like absence of trash can outside of the building. Strongly recommend to install it.

We liked that everything is almost brand new, apartments are well furnished. Bed and pillow are comfortable as well :)

I think that we could only use a dishwasher as well. However, since the kitchenette wasn't much spacious it is totally resonable that it wouldn't fit there. So actually everything was perfect!

The location is just fine. Reachable everywhere. It is really pleasant to get the keys at the reception desk from the kind staff.

Some guests were wearing ski boots inside the building, it was an unpleasant sound and feeling.

The apartment was very cosy and well equiped. Maybe the pillows in bedroom should be smaller. Reception staff were very helpful and nice.

It is an apartment in the building complex - that was built to be rented in the spare time. There were towels and the beds were pre-made, but no salt/sugar/pepper, no capsules for coffee machine and no shower gel, e.t.c. Need to plan for some shopping or bring what is needed with you. Location is good enough - you can walk to the lipno ski-lift but not in ski-boots or with skis - will have to drive and park near the slopes. We also felt we didn't had enough light both at the kitchen zone and in the bedrooms.

A new apartment complex. Looks nice. There is a reception (works for business hours or by arrangement). Parking on the premises (lipno has(d) a free parking but not for long now - they are installing pay machines). All the buildings are new. Apartment was clean and has fully equipped kitchen (micro/grill/fridge/dishwasher) with all utensils and full set of IKEA kitchenware. There was also a nespresso machine present. The heating system was modern and worked very well plus there are warm floors in bathroom areas. All not-well things are really a minor things - you need to know before coming and prepare accordingly but overall this is very nice and modern apartment with nice design and selfie friendly that has everything stationary an apartment has to have.

We had big family apartment for 6. The most of the beds in apartment are not separated from living room by any wall/door, so it's hard to put the kids to sleep and stay awake with the adults.

Just a shame that the buildings coffee shop and snack bar was closed.

Great property, really clean and with a fully stocked kitchen (utensils not food of course). Secure entry and good parking facilities. Great access to the town centre with restaurants etc and only a 5 minute walk from the lake. Actually it seemed you could walk to most paces there within 15minutes.

Too warm duvets for the season. Uncomfortable huge pillows.

It's our second time at KORZO Lipno. Nice and clean studio with well equipped kitchenette. There was a locker for our bikes. Close to the lake. Silent at night. Friendly and helpful lady at the reception.
