It was a misunderstanding when we've check in, because of my similar name with other guess I've received the wrong room and need to change the room again after some time, but the issue was easily solved. Also I've requested a room on the upper floor which unfortunately we didn't receive but my guess is that the hotel was booked and that's why we received the room we've received.

The location is in the center of Prague and you can easily reach everything from there, we've easily see everything that Prague have to offer only by walking. The staff was really helpful, the room really cozy and clean and the food was really good. Overall really nice location and perfect for a city break

There was little noise-proofing in the room. We could hear our neighbours many times and also the people outside. Not a big deal but still noteworthy since the brochure did say it had noise proofing. My biggest issue was with the lights. They were quite dim, even if i used all of them, the lighting was still in the realm of candlelight.

Very pleasant hotel with an amazing staff and an exceptional breakfast. I don't think I've ever had such a varied and tasty breakfast outside Greece or Turkey. The staff spoke fluent English and helped us with small odds and ends. The room design I love, although maybe classic baroque may not be to everyone's taste. :)

Breakfast was included in the price and served in 2 rooms. The first room had beverages including champagne and pasties. The second room was savory items with a wide variety. All of the food I ate was good. There is a designated taxi service to and from the bus station and airport to the hotel at a reasonable price.

The hotel was quirky, comfortable and warm in the extremely cold temperatures as low as minus 11 degrees. Situated in the old town near to tram stops and the train station. Breakfast was good and plentiful before 9am but usually the scrambled and fried eggs ran out as 10 am approached, which was a little disappointing. The reception staff were all friendly, helpful and overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

We liked everything. The hotel deserves a maximum rating.

It was very clean, good looking and comfortable. The personal was also friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is positioned exactly in the center of Prague - so you can reach the main attractions in a just a few minutes. The lounge and the free coffee machine (available 24/7) are some really nice additions. Considering all the PROs for the price we paid, it was perfect. Oh, and Prague is absolutely amazing. Probably the most beautiful city in Europe. :)

This is just a recommendation. The room was warm (23 degrees), but it could be better if the temperature was a little lower at night.

The location was great - central but quiet. Room was small but cozy. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The reception staff were excellent, very kind and helpful. They offer free breakfast. Complimentary coffee is available throughout the day.

We stayed here for the New Year. Our family room was lovely. Tom the desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. He recommended a day trip and made the reservation for us . He always had a friendly greeting when we left or came back to the hotel .The location was perfect, in a quiet area and a short walk from Old Town .The breakfast was lovely and had a great choice of hot and cold food and fresh fruit and cereal. Tea and coffee and water was available in the lobby anytime of the day . The room was tidied up and cleaned everyday. On New Year's Eve we received a complimentary bottle of champagne in our room to celebrate the New Year. Thank you for making our stay a happy one . I would definitely come here again.

Gorgeous, traditional boutique hotel in a quiet part of the Old Town. Walkable to everything with some amazing restaurants, beer houses and coffee bars very close by. Room was incredibly comfortable and quiet.

When driving at night in a different city, it can be difficult to find a hotel. Especially if there is only one small sign without any lighting to bring attention to the building. So maybe make the sign easier to see and find.

The front desk clerk was great. He was polite and friendly answered questions for us in Spanish and English. He provided helpful information about the city. The breakfast was nice and the staff was very friendly.
