Breakfast area (which is a bar during the evenings and nights) can get quite crowded at times, breakfast itself was good, though. If it is crowded, one can move to the salon just down the hall, though.

Charming place very close to downtown. Very nice and helpful concierge during the day time (young, glasses; sorry, we don`t have a name). Room was clean and comfortable, everything worked ;-)

This is a common complaint: the room could've been larger.

The hotel was a convenient walk from the central attractions of the city. Breakfast was plentiful and well prepared. The staff were exceptional. I would return to this hotel without hesitation.

We didn’t rate it a full 10 because, being an older building, the rooms are not soundproof. We could hear coughing and movement in the room beside us. (Though the other guests all seemed quiet and respectful people.)

The hotel had historic character, rooms very comfortable with great beds, good breakfast, helpful and enthusiastic management and staff, especially Patrick and Sofien who gave us good advice on seeing the city.

It was a BEAUTIFUL hotel, FRIENDLY & HELPFUL staff, EXCELLENT location for walking around Old Town, & one of the CLEANEST hotels, I’ve ever stayed. Throughout the hotel it was just LOVELY & breakfast was AMAZING !!

Nothing loved it!

This stay delivered everything we hoped for and more. Old world charm and was so comfortable. All the bedding and towels, toiletries were fantastic. Quite and comfortable! The breakfast was amazing and vast. I can’t believe anyone would want or expect more. The location was 5 minute walk to center of old town, on the outskirts of the Jewish quarter, two blocks from St Agnes, and a few blocks from a wonderful mall. Restaurantes galore were around and with better pricing and food than found in the center of old town. Now the best thing is the staff. Tom & Sofian at reception were great. Tom checked us in and was our “go to guy”. The whole experience made our trip so worth while. We spent 12 nights and wouldn’t have changed a thing.

Not a single thing, really.

Every positive thing you may have read about this lovely hotel is absolutely true. We feel lucky to have found this gem, located in the heart of Old Town, but tucked away in a quiet area, yet still close to restaurants, bars and attractions. The staff were beyond kind and helpful. Patrick and Thomas (who will go far one day, I just know it), were superstars. They were helpful, friendly and made our visit even better. The hotel is gorgeous, the room was comfortable and it exceeded all expectations.

The bar - pretentious styling with no outside seating despite delightful location.

Incredibly helpful and friendly reception desk and charming atmosphere. Coffee and or a glass of wine or water always available at reception.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, including helping us track down luggage delayed by the airline. The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was varied with a great choice. The hotel location is close to the river and very good for access to all of the main places you may wish to visit. It is surrounded by good small restaurants.

The service and the staff were fantastic. They could not have been more helpful and kind. The hotel was spotlessly clean and nothing was too much trouble. Central but a quiet location, perfect for a restful stay. Cannot recommend highly enough.
